A good suggestion, but implemented like this would just have the effect that people who are intentionally avoiding SWAT getting deployed would just leave the group when starting, then rejoin after 🙂. Perhaps taking the amount of people present and the amount of people in the group, and using whichever value is higher to calculate SWAT deployment is a better way.

Speeding passed a speed camera currently only gives you 1 charge of speeding no matter the speed you go through it. I think it would be an amazing idea to give civilians the appropriate amount of speeding tickets for every 10 kph over the speed limit. So if the speed limit was 80 kph and a civilian drove through going 160 kph they would get 8 charges of speeding.
