  2. Asylum is not going to bring any new players in while whitelisted. So your whole point is moot right now. But also closing 2 would drive a sizeable chunk away.
  3. Throw everyone off, close S1 and make S2 the primary server. Anyways though no solution is needed. There is no problem here. Servers are pretty full every single night.
  4. I guess whole communities in discord were set up to ruin v2 per jessie. Soooo idk. But it definately slowed player count progress, people can apply for whitelist...but I know when i roll across a whitelisted server i move on, dont bother making accounts and requesting it.
  5. I am a career cop, but I also play the fuck out of civ. I have 5 houses myself. I think it is too much because it locks out new players from decent properties, I would love to have 10 houses myself... It is kinda moot anyways since people would just roll alts to scoop their old houses. Also back to the full server thing, we are not likely to get many new players due to the whole currently being a white listed server thing...
  6. Either way with the server being whitelist only right now I do not think its worth advertising. Most people see a whitelist server and just move on. Once the whitelist is removed advertising is a good idea.
  7. I see 70+ on both servers almost nightly. There is no server population issue. A lot of people have invested into server 2. Removing it would just kill a lot of peoples willingness to play. I think the house cap should be lowered anyways because there are too many people hoarding houses, but keep both servers open. There is literally not a problem currently. And once V2 is actually to a proper running state more people will come. Infamy, war points, and everything associated with it will bring the fights if handled correctly by Jessie. But again I havent had a problem finding a fight since V2 launched. I am finding fights i hadnt expected since well into last year.
  8. I think there are some changes that could happen, like the minimum bounty and maybe less time in restraints/cost raising. But honestly I do not feel a compromise is due here in regards to gear and effectiveness. Bounty hunters have less effective gear than rebels already. They are usually very out numbered and have to think about their plays. Again these dudes should just nut up and think of ways to counter a bounty hunter, instead of ruining the fun for the rest of us who enjoy fighting all the different groups on the server. It is one of the many things that make asylum asylum.

  10. The poll is swinging heavily towards keep BH but with various nerfs. I would not suggest that the mx be removed, that is just dumb. Rebels outplay cops all day long against MX's. So just learn to outplay bounty hunters too? People just want stuff handed to them and do not want to have to watch their backs. I do not think the Pilot Coverall discussion is really valid...limit one whole legal money making tracks ability to defend themselves because of some salty rebels. I never play bounty hunter anymore, but having that challenge removed from the game would make the island more dull. We should be increasing stuff, not getting rid of it. This wave of rebels being scared of everything is silly. Should we just delete all other factions for them and have AI that dont move so they can increase their killstreaks? Quit being a bunch of pussies.
  11. I really believe equipment should stay as is with a raise in minimum bounty. Bounty hunters can go where cops can't and serve a purpose. Policing the server where and when the APD can't. If you remove or need bring back cartel raids and lower the requirements from before. People shouldn't be safe to do crime because they are afraid of being out played. Also I think the poll should be remove or nerf. Then a second poll about how to need once concluded. Votes are gunnanbe split heavily this way

  13. So I will be the first to admit I am a career cop, but I also spend a lot of time on rebel so i can afford to do fun shit on cop. We do a ton of prison breaks, and did some last night, and during the test server with the new bridge. It was never an issue. It was incredibly easy to block or cover with a couple options. 1 dude on the second bridge. Was super easy and he can dip into the water if stuff gets too hot. 1 dude on second bridge with a hemmt blocking cars. Super easy again, and he can dip if need be. No one on second bridge but block it with a hemmt. You can see the second bridge from the small window in the hallway at prison. You can also see the approach on the road. The hemmt just slows them down, while in the window shoot the dudes as they are dealing with the hemmt...or just have an rpg and rpg cars from the window. It truly is easy. Also right deerstand from the rebel POV can see the bridge fairly easy with the blinds closed. I haven't even attempted it from the cop side yet, but from the rebel side it is just simply not a problem. We were 6 rebels against like 15-20 cops. We ultimately failed the front gate cause we are potatoes, kept the second bridge clear the whole time each fight though. The other prison with 2 entrances had so many more locations to push once on the island than this prison...so the second bridge there would have thinned you out even more than this current concept. I like it, it ads like 10% more challenge to a pretty rebel sided event, and it still keeps it rebel sided if you choose to adapt rather than just ignore the second bridge. Do you not like a little bit more of a challenge? Is that not a bit more fun then shitting on people for 30 min with no challenge? Higher ups in the APD are either inactive or refuse to pull armor because they are scared. This is really the only solution to that as they cannot force them to pull armor or log on. So I really do not see this as a problem. Also you keep saying without community input. They have always said the second bridge was coming since the prison was built. It was an issue with the old map snapping code that made it omitted. So the community would have known it was going to exist from the get go. I remember cause i bitched up a storm and this was always the answer from the beginning, the second bridge was always coming back.

  16. Honestly would be kinda cool. Make it larger than vehicles inventories but has to be scooped or slung to make up for the size.
  17. The bridge was always intended to be there, the script was broken. They were always clear about that. It's not hard to cover.
  18. I didn't like it cause I'm a poor. I have 1.6m to my name. So to upgrade my existing houses, yikes. It's not Gunna drive me away but it does suck. Went from 60k per house for storage to like 140k
  19. Yeah I have never seen cops just sitting at a turf...usually we get a notification when you hit that flag or buy sign and thats why we show up.
  20. yeah we were not allowed to defib and had only 2 lives to counter how hard a base it was. But that kinda forced turteling at the same time. we also had like 45 rpgs shot at us. it was def fun...until it wasnt and everything changed on us for no reason. Had it followed the format you would have been able to defend the prison on your terms. instead half the players were disappointed and didnt care to even chase.
  21. honestly how it was set for the timer would have been fine, even without cops respawning. The fact of the matter is it could have been handled better. But from the terms given to us, we won. The next step was supposed to be for the rebels to break him out of the prison. So they would have had the defensive advantage. But that did not happen. Instead of extending the fight the remaining cops were put in an impossible situation for no reason. Morale was busted, and no one even tried to catch the boat once it left cause of the overwhelming fuck this event feeling throughout. I understand the need to be flexible at times, but it was not needed there, and was honestly in spite of the guys that held it down. Let the cops send the guy to prison, make us wait till the break is triggered to respond, and follow the format...would have been fun and fair for everyone. Instead cops get dicked over again because of a last minute goal post change. I do appreciate your event after. it really did help guys who would have probably rage quit if they were forced to fight that prison. And it really helped. I havent really had an event of yours go sour. Usually everybody is happy one way or the other. But it seems to be a thing with all the other admins to completely change the rules of the game right when the cops are about to win. This is a problem and needs to stop. I get the handicaps before hand...and it was honestly a bit extreme of a handicap. But we rolled with it, we knew them at the beginning. The goal post moving is fucked up.
  22. Nope, the goal post being changed let you win. We met the conditions with severe handicaps, and after the timer was well past the win condition it was changed with like no cops left, no revives allowed, and just shitty admining. It literally crashed the morale of all those guys who were there. Leady in his infinite wisdom held a cop event immediately after to increase morale, and it worked well...
