    I feel like medic items in houses are a huge waste of space, defibs 20weight, blood bags are 3, trying to kit out of houses is super heinous because of it especially if you are using them to make money etc
    - would be cool if medics could install a medic box in houses keeping all the medic items in within the box doesn't add any weight to the house. installation of this box would require a medic to do and at a high cost to the home owner. 250-500k per box, 1 box per house allowing the storage of 10 defibs, 20 blood bags, 30 adrenalines, 50 faks.  (numbers are just a suggestion)

    Imagine just playing blackjack locked in and getting initiated on tho. Having a good hand then dead. I think it’s much easier to implement a rule change where if you’re initiated on you can’t purposefully drive to the casino

    Have additional higher level honor rewards for people who have completed the honor tree already. possibly have the ability for excess honor to automatically convert to a bh token that can be used for special goodies at skip tracer.

    IE.
    When bounties are processed at skip tracer enhanced interrogation.
    25k honor - bh payout increased by 10%, 50k honor - bh payout increased by 25%, 75k honor - bh payout increased by 35%, 100k honor - bh payout increased by 50% Increased honor payout for group members when you unlock additional perks.

    Master crusader has its 50% increase removed, this perk is now basically useless compared to apex predator. maybe readd the 50% increase but have it be a percentage based chance when sending a prisoner at enhanced interrogation.

    We’re gonna try out a bunch of stuff about balancing this system, there is a better way to do it from the back end, front end, and for balance.
     
    In terms of the fight, I’ll explore godmoding mobile at this event, but I’m not adding rebel spawns or anything, at the beginning we were subsidizing parts and setting the groups up for me to be able to see how it was gonna work.  We’re past that point, it’s just a fed event now.  I’ll work with Hubs on the map to see if there are any changes we can make, and code wise to make it a better fight for both sides, it’s supposed to be hard, I think both events can be harder, and in the coming days I’m gonna push ways of trying to do that.

    when chopping vehicles you should get a % of the cost of any upgrades.
    hatchback with processor, handling, nitro, locks etc makes a hatchback worth like 100-120k. if chopped it pays like what 4-6k?

    I propose that headshot sounds be added to the server, this could be a crate. could potentially also give a free sound to asylum plus users. some sounds are more satisfying than others.

    The idea of the national HQ is awesome and the perks you can gain from it are worth the reward however it is impossible to be fought on the cop side. 
     
    Mobile HQ
    What's the point in pulling a Mobile HQ for it to be vested 2 minutes into the fight. Change the mobile for National HQ only to be in god mode. Almost every National done people hop around in channels begging for cops to log on just to be destroyed. There's no incentive for cops to log other than a promised payout from admins or an MK1 due to it being impossible to push a 30-50 man group. Eventually cops will stop logging on for the civ's and it will only be done when that perfect number of cops are online. The Mobile HQ allows the cops a safe spawn close to the event and its taken away every time. You could also add in a NEW HQ close to the event which would allow cops to spawn without the worry of being blown up. 
    Other entry points
    From what I've seen there's tons of entry points to the compound but they are all locked? I'm not sure if its intended or not coded properly but its near impossible to push. Its supposed to be the TOP TIER END OF GAME EVENT that the cops will never win or get close to winning. How is that end game? A bank is more challenging to win then the National at this point. When a national is done its guaranteed you will get a token if you don't ego peak every cop you see.  The roof is the main point of entry for cops but when there's 15 rebels on the roof and another 5 on construction how are you supposed to combat that? Especially now when people have tier 3 and tier 4 tokens that allow them weapons to rip through orcas like paper. 
     Cop Morale 
    This event is nothing but a middle finger to the cops. They never win and when the rebels win they get access to better equipment to give the cops a harder time. We want people to play the server and stick around and this event does the opposite. Any other event besides the prison there is a reward for the cops whether it be gold, bank notes, etc. I understand it spawns a truck with APD intel but once again 30-50 man group makes that hard to get ahold of. Even if the cops somehow win this event 80% of them will be lethaled and go to the HQ to save the 20% we did manage to capture. If an event like this is going to be done add a group cap back into the game to prevent this. 
    All in all the event is a great idea but horribly executed. If its going to be labeled as an end game event it needs to be fought like one. The point its at now its just a money sink for rebels and a meat grinder for cops.

    Allow gangs to fight to take control of any of the major city's giving them a cut of what ever is sold within city limit or on anyone pulling a car out at the DMV along with a small percentage of house taxes going to the gang that controls the city.

    2 Caps per restart 
    8 members of the gang/group are allowed to fight 
    the cap would be court house in all of the respective city's
    5% tax on houses 
    5% tax on DMV and truck stop purchases along with a tax if you pull the vic out
    5% tax on anything sold at illegal areas 
    3% Pay boosts for the holder of the city

    House spawns will not be available within city limits during the fight basic spawns will still be available.
    On the spawn screen next the city name it should say/ Athira(WARNING CITY UNDER SIEGE).

    Min 5 rebels must be in city to start the cap process if no one starts the cap process then the gang that holds the city keeps it until one is started.

    Cops can also fight to cap the city 
     -5 normal cops allowed in the city along with 5 Swat members in the city 5 swat members max for every swat member not in attendance a normal cop can take the persons place until a swat member become available .
    -2% reduction on kit cost bought within city limits
    -4% reduction on Vic costs bought within city's limits
    -3% reduction on Heli costs bought within city limits (armored and unarmored)
    -4% pay boost for tickets paid or prisoners sent to jail within city limits 
    -Min 5 cops must be in attendance to fight for the city if the max 10 officers are fighting everyone else must stay at a range of 2500km away unless they are going around to patrol red zones not in city limits.

    -Any cops killed by rebels/civ during the fight while within city limits will be charged with Captial murder that charge will carry a bounty of 15k 
    -With the Captial murder charge carrying such a high bounty it gives cops more incentive to fight for the city along with if they down instead of lethal they get a payout at the end if the person they down is caught.

    this is a rough idea, but it allows gangs that do not like to fight cartels all the time to fight for a city they care about 

    percentages are all very low so admins/developers can gage what they should be and what is fair.

    I don't think they should be able to raid inventories but captains should discuss them being able to open a door to get someone out of a house. By SGT your not risking your rank for a big bounty.

    Already got some gears moving in regards to this. He’s definitely one to look out for. I recall his distaste for Asylum yeaaaaarrrssss ago but maybe that’s changed since. You never know! We’ll have to see I guess 🙏🏼

    if this is something that gets pursued, i could talk to psisyn about it, he's still averaging about 20k views. this wouldn't be free though, i've gotten him to promote a gmod server before but cant recall the price he wanted, but he was also much more popular back then
