    Do you remember how poppin cartels were in the times of dirty money? I do. You know why? Increasing revenue independent of the server populations actions. Now a day, you can capture drug cartel at 8:30pm EST on a weekend with the server literally full and make absolutely no money off the cap. Literally. Why would I want to fight Plague in the middle of the day for no profit off cap, even though the server is full, when I can roach it off them at 3am and make insane profit while theres 30 people on?
    Make cartels generate revenue the same way they used to. Let them generate it independent of what the servers population is doing so that the caps are worth fighting for beyond being an insanely toxic ego fight. Im sick of people yelling at me for chopping their vehicles because I'm poor. Save these peoples ifrits, fix the cartels.

    make revives cost half of the price of a players gear set theres your money sink, and still only give players 3500 payouts for revs reguardless of the gear set. Make defibs cost 5k.

    When picking a saved loadout from the loadout system, it should check for already equipped items and only buy the items that are missing.
     
    Example:
    Saved Loadout:
    Combat Helmet CSAT Coveralls MX 6x MX Rounds ARCO NVGs I am carrying the following:
    Combat Helmet CSAT Coveralls MX 2x MX Rounds NVGs If I equip the loadout above, I should not have to buy the MX, uniform and NVGs again. Instead of paying full price for every item in the loadout, I would only pay for the ARCO and 4x MX rounds

    Want people back in the Red Zones? Eliminate Indica & Sativa Seeds. The end. Wiping the server would drive population down to nothing not to mention it's a serious blow to those who've already donated to the server. It's too old of a game to start over again with housing, stored Y and I inventory and personal money and with the current corruption the APD has devolved into, who would even want to try? If people were back in the red zones, the fun would be restored. Eliminate the stupid seeds or cap the Green House to only one house. Then make some very expensive purchasable assets. I'd pay a million for a Pawnee. I'd pay a million for an IFRIT HMG. I'd pay a million for a goddamn mortar tube! Want to see people's bank accounts go down and the fun to go up? Follow Leroy's suggestion...
