Is generally less than 10 officers on a server and take into account they have all of altis to patroll and a few are generally cadets. Respawning and coming back is the only way for cops to have reliable reinforcments without depriving the whole server of cop presence( like what happens during bank or fed)

Became a cadet recently and honestly 9/10 people who get arrested are shit at rp and just yell at you. Playing a cop alot of the time is litteral cancer when you have every civ and their friends shouting at you about random crap. Also everyone feels their time is more important than the guy we are processing and get in our way to complain about their issues or just shout at us while we are in the middle of a gunfight about how they want a pardon right this instant for a hit and run when we are clearly busy. Civs dont make cops jobs any easier. And server 3 is probally one of the most toxic servers on the civilian side with all the kavela gangs and mass rdm and such that goes on there. And most cops i know treat that place like its taboo.

Would be better if after revoking their license to just have to wait out a 10 min timer or something to rebuy it. Revoking licenses is mainly used against the vdm trolls.

Medics have saved my ass multiple times, though i will agree they have few incentives, maybe allow them to give players combat buffs for a cash amount? Ie. Booster shots?
