Here's a cash grab for you higher ups and some fun for the community! Maybe in the future structure a system where individuals can customize vehicles with their own skins and have it approved by admins (keep out toxicity) you can charge a decent buck for these skins for the individual and or even gang skins so we can "rep our set". Just like our favorite game Rust. You can submit skins to the servers and get approved and rock your drip in game. I am in no way seasoned in scripting or even anything of the sort. Would this even be possible?

Here close your eyes and imagine (Don't Actually). You are on the server and trying to find a cartel to cap. You look and the entire time you have been playing the same gang has owned Oil Cartel. You ask yourself why has nobody taken Oil Cartel, then it hits you.... Because its boring there's no incentive. You have to pull up and get rubber from the cartel and there's no liquid cash. Damn it bruh it the damn Oil Cartel! Oil runs everything we literally have to fill up gas tanks at gas stations but Oil Cartel doesn't get a cut from all the gas consumption? This is a RP server but we are lacking a very common sense RP scenario of what owning Oil Cartel can do for a gang.

I want to be an advocate for putting back the houses how they used to be. What did they use to be like you ask? They used to be put on the market after a certain period of time without the owner not using them and the storage crates would also go with the house and belong to the new buyer! Nothing felt better than buying a new house and seeing it filled with spars, AKs, and RPGs! I one time even bought a 2 crate house full of police gear and drugs best house ever. I do not know why this was removed but I would love to see this implemented again to this server. It added a sense of realism and lottery to my purchases.
