This is the best house in the heroin field due to its proximity to where you can collect opium (just 3-4 meters away). That's why I bought it 5 months ago, but now I am changing my economic strategy. Not only is this a prime house for quickly, safely, and permanently stocking up on opium--avoiding any significant losses due interruptions from the cops or would-be-assholes robbing you--but it's a great house to spawn into, and be an asshole yourself! I wouldn't encourage that, but hey, money is money. Hi everyone, these 3C's have been incredibly valuable to me, but due to a change in my economic strategy and impending lack of time to spare on the server, I'm looking to let them go if someone offers me decent money for them. It's 2 houses, both 3C's, that are right next to each other. Any offers to buy BOTH houses will be prioritized. Owning both is something to consider, as these houses provide an excellent landing pad on their combined roofs that can accommodate anything from a Mohawk to a Taru and HEMMT if you're a decent pilot, providing easy access to a whopping total of SIX CRATES of storage, all from the roof. One has FULLY UPGRADED virtual and physical storage, and the other one has a FULLY UPGRADED virtual storage, while missing only one upgrade tier for physical storage. There is also a garage within the compound, but I do not own it. There is quite a bit of weapons and gear inside of both. This 1C is easily the best property at the Heroin Field. Not only is it the closest to the gathering zone (maybe 10m from closest spot to gather), but it also overlooks the main area. You could spawn in and just look out the window to see whether anyone is at the field or not. Main benefit of owning this house is picking opium and storing it in the house rather than a vehicle, so you cannot get robbed for more than an inventory's worth of opium. Then, you can simply pull up sometime, spend just a minute or two loading up, and drive away. Much more simple. Much less problems. It is on the market for 900K but I will also accept the highest bidder (so long as it is reasonable).
