Add an ignore call option

I use to use OBS to stream and sometimes record, now i use shadowplay, obs can be great for recording however, it does take a lot of your CPU, and can cause you to lose frames. get an NVIDIA graphics card for Shadowplay, i find it way better

You need to restart PC, try it, if it doesnt work, sometimes mine bugs, and i have to open task manager, end any task relative to NVIDIA, and then re-open it, then have to turn shadow play back on

This happened to me, turns out my heli got taken over by an AI, and then flew over the ocean and crashed.
