Make a second server where it’s a fresh wipe. I feel like this could bring back a good portion of pop since it wouldn’t mean people have to start fresh if you wiped all stats.I feel like a lot of people left because there is no longer incentive to play due to everyone being in end game. This would give the feel of a new server but with the already built functions of asylum. I know I would come back if something like this happened.

I dont think thees anything wrong with it, especially with SWAT being added. Give the cops some time to get into the swing of things with SWAT and I think it will be better.
Yes it would be a lot different, but in a bad way. I dont want 20 cops with MKs and their own strider, that would just be ridiculous

I never suggested a buff. I simply wanted to hear opinions. 
We have discussed many different ways to handle fed and the biggest issue is we cannot force officers to listen reasonably. We have to balance being commanders and letting the officers be independent. 
I disagree with this. Yes we have a little time to rp with civs but are not blowing up towers during that time. We have blown up deerstands only a couple times. 

Because from a officers point of view there is no break. There is always a federal event going on.

I don't believe I said anything about the Fed being imbalanced, just that it was annoying having to cycle between events for the entire restart. If anything, I think it's in a better spot than it has been in a long time with the newest policy. Rebels win more than cops, but we have our moments. How about you actually read the stuff in the thread before lashing out at everyone else.

How am I lacking guidebook knowledge? I am asking for an opinion but forum rats like you is part of the reason we cant hear both sides of issues like these
 

Waiting thirty minutes doesn't eliminate it lmfao.  I do understand the complaint that going back to back on events just to be someone's entertainment is boring.  For cops to be unable to be in cities and patrolling, it ruins other aspects of the game.
