I think spirit be moved any further down than Syrta. Putting it any closer to the main highway would make it too easy for the cops. Police as it is already get good coverage of the coke runs, and whenever they check meth it's usually by air. If meth is going to be out in the sticks it stands to reason the next best money maker should also be out of the way. Gives players a reason to go out there.

i think one fsa member owned it before and then sold it to another fsa member named @Smee. he will sell it two u for the right price.

It does bust RP when you're giving a cop a good story and he gets clapped by a bounty hunter who then takes you straight to courthouse without saying a word. 
 
You can't reason with it. You can't pay it off. The bounty hunter is a spineless, subhuman creature and it needs to be destroyed (preferably via organ removal).

First of all, not sure how this is point worthy unless by "I will be speaking to a LT soon" means threatening an IA, but this cadet is clearly one of the reasons why roleplay does not work with bounty hunters because the cops think they are above bounty hunters, they aren't. I play bounty hunter and cop and do not see a reason why not all cops can be as qualified as me when it comes to roleplay. They do not vet these cadets they just pull them in as part of an SGT activity participation point system and flood the APD with terrible cops(Mostly cadets who never become constable) but these guys still get their shot at ruining another player's experience. Can we please do a thorough evaluation of all current APD officers Constable- (Including myself) and remove these guys so we never have to have an IA submitted in the first place. If an IA is submitted then that means someone's gameplay has already been ruined. We need to make it much tougher on this and enforce some better roleplay rules all around. @Clint Beastwood @DarkKnight @Leady @Clockwerk

I feel like a term of any loan would be that you're instantly initiated, KoS, as soon as you miss your first payment.
