  1. Idea 1: Adding functionality to masks (not sure if they do so already) - Masks such as balaclavas/shemaghs/etc. from Rebel would count as masks - You have to be closer to masked players to get their name tags, can't be spotted through binoculars Option A. Wearing a mask gives players a 10-50% chance (depending on complaints of it being OP or not good enough) of crimes not being reported (no bounty for it) Option B. Wearing a mask reduces bounty for criminal activities by certain percentage up to devs (murder charge becomes 2,500 if committed with a mask) - Masked players have a lower chance of being "pinged" at ATMs or spotted by informants (counters the bounty hunter perks) or the circles on the map for bounty hunters become larger for a masked player - Wearing a mask in city limits (within a certain distance of Pyrgos, Kavala, Athira, Sofia, important areas like Fed, bank) is a crime and players can be charged for it - Wearing a mask in city limits becomes reasonable cause for police to confront you or maybe even to search you Idea 2: Adding an option to get your windows tinted on a car, or to purchase cars with tinted windows as a Perk/Talent from Rebel Outpost, or have tint-spray be purchasable from the mechanic shop - Tinted windows would make it harder to get names of players inside a vehicle unless you're very close, or you have to "stare" at a player for a certain number of seconds to get their identity - Only certain vehicles can have tinted windows (obviously not Qilins/Prowlers/Quads/etc.) - Varying levels of window tint, if it's too dark then its probable cause for an officer to pull you over, levels controlled by how many cans of tint are applied. Small ticket like speeding, etc. - Levels of tint affect how long it takes to get names of people in cars - Tinted windows add a 10% chance of illegal items not being found/seized when a car is searched by police - Maybe add a "radar gun" feature or something that makes cops have to actually get "license plates/tags" on vehicles before ID'ing them if theyre tinted; might take a few seconds for officer to scan or something The only hurdles I can think of for adding these features is the actual cosmetic aspect of making windows able to be tinted, and also if any of these features/ideas seem too overpowered for either police or rebels, or too easy to be exploited. I think this would add more opportunities for RP in the game and maybe encourage rebels to ride around in SUVs more often instead of always driving everywhere in armored Qilins
