AFD entrance update
New applicants will not have to go through the EMR interview process going forward. Instead of the application getting "approved for interview" the person will now be accepted as an EMR and whitelisted.
There are no longer any rules regarding how long you can stay EMR and you may hold the rank permanently if you wish. 
You are still expected to play in accordance with the rules and regulations, and will be held accountable to any infringements to these rules/regulations.
EMR changes:
Making an application is still required
Entrance requirements are unchanged 
Promotion process to EMT is unchanged 
The EMR will have no activity requirements.
The EMT exam is no longer required unless you would like to progress within the AFD. 
The EMR maximum points for removal has  increased from 1 to 3
When your application gets approved, please wait in the TeamSpeak channel  "AFD Whitelist interview OPEN" with [Need EMR tags] next to your name.   
Example:   Niels [ Need EMR tag] 
You are permitted to play medic while in the "AFD Whitelist interview OPEN" ONLY while you are waiting for your TeamSpeak tags.
EMT changes:
Monthly requirements. Unchanged
EMT inactivity changed from Removal --> Demotion to EMR
(Demoted EMTs may retake the exam immediately)
A-EMT changes:
Monthly time requirements changed from 5 hours every 30 days to --> 5 hours every 60 days 
Firefighter changes:
Removed the 1 week requirement to become a Firefighter
Removed the 3 hour monthly playtime requirement for Firefighter
If an EMT gets demoted due to inactivity or receives points on their record they will be removed from firefighter. 
They may ask to be reinstated as a firefighter once their points have fallen off. 
 
New drug field PCP Lab / Henbane Field:
All AFD members will follow standard drug field procedure.
 
New Event: Cartel event
All AFD members are prohibited from entering the Cartel event.
 
New Event: Gang Boat
All AFD members are prohibited from entering the gangboat during designated times
