Some of these may have been mentioned before, but just some feedback on the quests system and some things I find a little weird. Before we even start, MAKE THE FONT IN THE MENU BIGGER!
Alright, here we go!
1.

This needs better wording, as do other quests.

This one is literally called 'Cartels' and it does not remove the vehicle fee when pulling vehicles from... cartels... futhermore, the domination vendors still charge a fee when pulling a vehicle (except for the one in the pillbox on east rebel spawn).

A handful of seasonal quests instead of following the general trend of names 'Quest Name - Seasonal' are instead labeled 'Quest Name - Seasons.'

Vigilinate.

Combine these or remove one. Considering you can't accept two quests at once, and the progress on the Intermediate quest doesn't even transfer over to the Advanced quest, these are redundant.

This is an absolutely ludicrous amount of money for abysmal rewards. With the gang perk, this is $1,350,000 in RedGulls, without the gang perk, this is $1,500,000 in RedGulls. I get that this quest is supposed to be just one of those things that you passively do over time, but when compared to other similar quests, this is overkill by a longshot. I don't know how this even got through, to be honest. Cut it in half at the very least.
7.

This one is kind of nitpicky, but consistency with names. Gold nugget is stated two different ways here. There also just a bunch of random commas everywhere in quest descriptions and they're not consistent at all.

Ifrits and Striders are MRAP's too 😢

Redundancy. Sure, there are other 7.62mm rifles, but still doesn't make any sense to have these separate when at least 75/100 rifles will always be MK-1's for every person to complete it.
 
That's all I could really think of right now. Other than these little issues I think the quest system is great. Little disclaimer, these are listed in an absolutely random order, not an order of importance.

Or enable one for like 15 seconds after you press it because its annoying when you dont mean to press it with no loadout and have to wait for 2 minutes to respawn

Its 5am and a crowd of Kavala rats (Farmersville) is gathered outside Kavala HQ. You and 3 teammates are outnumbered and out of options. The Sgt, thinking quickly turns to the constable to prepare the rocket and then...BAM!! An RPG explodes downing everyone within a 300km area. People in Athira are crying on side chat complaining about getting RDMd. People in cars are crashing into poles dying all throughout Altis. No one knows what the hell is going on anywhere on the island...but the cops are safe and are securing the area by arresting all the dirty Kavala rats.
This is something we all need and deserve. Everyone will feel safe knowing any constable can take out the whole island by paintballing his buddy with an RPG up the butt. Please admins consider this, and also consider a Quilin minigun that sprays downing rounds. We all need a win here.
 
NOTE: It probably wouldn't be Farmersville those guys got 8pm bed times. 

Please release new zones/maps and fix the starting prize pool. This game has been out for so long now an 90% of the player base wants PVP. Change is a good thing and is the only thing that keeps these conflict servers going. Keeping it fresh will bring in more players and get new players to try it. Dom has been at its all time low with barely breaking 40 players on a good day. CHANGE IT UP. 

i was banned for over a month and now there are like 6 chinese gangs

Added: Enabling the advanced flight model to take off will be considered exploiting. Commonly referred to as "Quick Spooling". We are not banning the use of advanced flight model, just enabling it to take off to avoid situations.
