Cops must stay in character and rp every situation. You are not allowed to go afk or give 0 rp while kidnapped. We are not going to spell out every situation you encounter while on duty. The guide book would look like the bible if we did that. Common sense is a great tool to use. 
I don't see any reports coming in. Complaining on the forums won't help us fix it. Record and report se we can take action and clean up the APD. 

Well a lot of players will leave if they don't keep the money they grind for. The orcas and ifrits are only the civ side of things. The problem is that on the police side of things, Wiping accounts would mean even less police higher ups will be pulling armor to fight at bank, prison, fed and such. Also where is your sense of achievement? I don't play rust but i imagine it sucks ballz to grind just to have it wiped. I still thing more players would leave and not come back if things were wiped on a regular basis. If they are wiped just once there will still be quite a chunk of players leaving which is the opposite of what the server is going for in V2

I like the idea that Bounty hunters can fill in when police are not around but I think a better way to handle abusive hunters is to say deny bounty hunter licenses after a certain amount of charges related to abusing the license. This way, an abusive bounty hunter cannot get the gear or the license for X amount of time due to their abuse of their power.

Nobody cares thag they are a 1 hit close up. What people care about is that they’re a 1 hit from 150 meters

I like the idea of loading a dead body into a car/ambulance. It sure would need some balancing for medics and civs - to make it worth for both parties -, but doesn't sound bad at all.

I fully agree with this post for more roleplay. But along with others in this thread, I am not satisfied that I report an LT  and in four weeks have heard nothing back about him paintballing me and another Constable. The command has given me points and I fully deserved them but the lack of respect shown to the enlisted class when we get a reprimand for the same thing that a higher up does constantly (TO ANOTHER OFFICER) is why this post is laughable at best.
