I don't know man, at the end of the day yall have to exploit to get people over there so I think its kind of funny you're talking about us as APD Lts breaking rules and not being bound to rules. Why don't we start with not exploiting first and the Devs / Cpts could possibly talk about changing a few things?

You note to not mention times LTs got publicly shamed on the forums yet are asking to call out LTs right now which will then publicly shame them on the forums lol.
Without derailing this thread more, LTs have absolutely been punished in multiple ways as zdeat has mentioned, over many years. It happens every now and then. No you won’t get names. That’s public shaming. It’s not meant to be a “HEY GUYS, THIS LT FUCKED UP!!!! LOL”. It’s “internal” affairs for a reason. 
Other APD staff can see when an LT gets slapped with something beyond a talk via their app (points, etc). Same with other APD staff in similar situations. That’s embarrassing enough of the time to not get them to do shit again since their peers take note of it. 

I’ve used a drone maybe 3 times. I could care less if they add more policy about them. But as stated before record and repot if you think a rule was broken

This server goes the way the PD goes. When we had a better quality police force, with Lt's and Captains that were involved with the community and everyone knew them, it made being on the server more enjoyable. Cops control RP on a server like this, without at least some light RP, theres really no point in playing after awhile.

Constant fed spamming seems to have made most of the better cops switch to civ or stop playing altogether.

DOM has also removed the desire for the big gangs to fight for cartel control as much. They make their money there and when they come on Asylum its just to spam fed events......which again leads to cops just logging off.

Its honestly impossible to make everyone happy. Everyone comes here for a different reason. But there is no other game like it......so we keep playing.

Changing the way that prestiging actually works on the back and front ends After a successful Nikolai's/NUHQ robbery, 2 of each token will spawn on the ground inside the vault With the token needed in your inventory, Decrypt the Drive at the laptop inside the vault This will start a 15 seconds process to decrypt the vault After completing this it will take your money, the token, and activate the tier rewards You can only decrypt one token each event You can drop them and give them to other people, but you cannot store them in a house or car. We are doing this so there is additional functionality behind this system in the future.  This is being included in a hotfix to see how it goes before additonal implementation. We are in no way attached to these numbers, if we need to spawn more then we'll spawn more.  Doing this to see how we need to change for the future

Every time this event has been done its been a group of 20+ civs doing it.  This is supposed to be an endgame event, as I have said a hundred times about this event, stop comparing it to a bank, its not supposed to be easy, or done every day.  It is like an evidence, every once and a while, or when a large group can get together to do it.  Theres plenty of active cops who do it, every time I have seen it pop there has been 18+ cops online.  I didn't just pick a number out of a hat.  As applied to the previous times this event has been done there is no quantifiable difference

Everything Oskarr is saying is correct. We have many new gen players thinking that cops are op and civs need to win more and shit but in reality this event is supposed to be the last event you do in progression. It is not supposed to be easy and should not have nearly as high a success rate as it does. Limiting a group cap is the only way I see fixing this because there is no reason for the server not to Zerg the event as everyone can get the token if completed

I don't think they should be able to raid inventories but captains should discuss them being able to open a door to get someone out of a house. By SGT your not risking your rank for a big bounty.
