I think an easy way to implement this is for to have a terminal in each city that civs can click with thier own loadouts to join the event. so let's say cops start said event.. there is a 5 to 10 min timer to allow X amount of civs to click the event (based on the amount of cops online). There could be something like a evidence transport were cops have to transport a truck to a destination. If apd won this event they would get a set amount of money. If civs took the vehicle they could sell for a predetermined amount based off the cops online. Or another idea is HQ defence were the apd would have to defend a HQ in a city. If said HQ was hacked or taken over a possible reward is that the apd would not be allowed the spawn in said HQ and if cops won they would get increased defence or knowledge of suspects I'm surrounding drug fields. Just an idea.

OR even better, we could get armed Heli with downing flashbang missiles.

Actually, I think we should add Flash bangs that can be launched from the grenade launcher off the MX. I think this could really help the APD.

I have seen the drug fields from the air 1000s of times. If there is a pixel out of place I will know about it. Not sure if this will help you to be honest.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY Combat Suiciding: If a civilian is found suiciding in an attempt to avoid police custody, a SGT+ who directly witnessed the combat suicide may send that subject to straight to jail if taken into custody during the same restart. Only the SGT+ that witnessed the combat suicide is allowed to send the subject directly to jail. No other officer is allowed to send the individual directly to jail. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY The following has been changed in regards to illegal areas: SGT+ are no longer allowed to use drones to search illegal areas. SGT+ are still able to fly over in helicopters. Each SGT+ may only have one drone in the air at a time. The following has been changed in regards to APD staff playtime. Once playtime hours are met (25 hours), playtime will now count towards APD activities. 1 activity will be earned for every 3 hours played increasing by 1 hours for every additional activity earned in this way. Effective Immediately Illegal Vehicle Disassembly: Illegal Vehicle Disassembly shall be applied when a person has “Cash on hand with traces of grease stains.” This is a $5,000 Charge. this already happens when the apd goes to Kavala, everyone runs to their houses and begins shooting out of it from every which angle. Then the cops leave and we get shit talked for the next hour and a half on how we got destroyed. OR second option, we roll up to Kavala proceed to get downed, then we get thrown in the houses. either way...not a good time XD
