It would make sense to be a reward for highest bh lvl but i think making an advanced rebel or a rebel faction above regular rebel should be able to obtain silencers either through prestige/blood money/or crafting but make the item to craft silencers more rare than golden nuggets. This may increase farming

+1 admins are the problem, but again they do follow silly rules that also in fact over the years are the sole reason asylum has no players.
its time to loosen up on the rules and give hourly bans not daily.
making other towns combat log free/kos and make it a koth/cqc or domination within asylum would not only give players means to farm to fight these areas to collect blood money within would also strengthen roleplay in other parts of the map since they have the option to go fight constantly might increase quality of roleplay when caught.
this type of mode will rack peoples bountys up so cops/bh have bigger fish to catch.

thats why your server has no numbers. this logic is the most broken shit ever. you bring in irl logic to a video game is why you can't get any more new players to do runs. cuz they wipe cops and get fucked. irl cops will go in a squad of 6-8+ not 2 here, 1 die, more come, they die, 2-3 more come. its overkill. this might have worked 8 years ago when asylum had 4 servers and they were all hard to get into.. now, with 40max players youre cop force is like a massive foot stomping on the cockroaches(civs)

lets be honest, your rules might have had structure to it when there was 4 active servers. now with how dead asylum is, its time to loosen up and change bans to a few hours and 3 day being max. over the years you banned people for some really stupid crap and this is the outcome.
server rules need a serious revamp. if there was a black market to craft guns above cartels, people will buy more houses in that area to stock up for cartels. not buy 20mil from the few meth runners and spam gear sets from the green zone...
but nope, you are still arrogant and need to feel like your right when the numbers prove you're wrong but you guys just can't seem to wrap your head around the fact you're doing it wrong and continue to think inside the box.
you can get the best ideas in the world and youd deny them...for example. delete domination server and implement it or some type of koth/cqc in the smaller towns, that once capped you can drive a car to the next flag.. but have it like gta where you control certain territories/towns and spray paint your gang tag on walls. i think you need something else thats an active constant battleground other than cartels/turfs. when civs get high bounties in this area, this gives bounty hunters/cops more people to chase w/ high bounty's. extra points if you kill cops inside.

this map worked when arma3 was fairly new but most grew out of it... asylum has the potential to be active 24/7 if you do things like this...

For some dumbass reason civ bans translate to cop points which shouldnt be a thing in the APD guidebook because why should something you do on an entire different life bleed into your other life and I take the new life shit pretty serious by changing my name while im on cop and the ban that I got cop points for got lifted the next day so shouldnt my points be waived.

The current policy for illegal areas are one life rule only applies when there are 5 cops or more on duty. Whichever numb nut made this guidebook rule has clearly never played civ. You know how annoying it is wiping 3 or 4 cops after an hour meth run at meth lab and watching them coming in waves like a fucking cod zombies round after multiple squad wipes.
This rule is so copsided you could be an hour deep into a coke run with a couple freinds and you see 4 cops pull up which you squad wipe only for them to come back again and again and again in hordes of hatchbacks only for them to get u on their 4th try and it's the most frustating and annoying thing ever imagine what the average solo civ would have to go through being constabtly busted because some crusty constables can't stop bumrushing
Change it so the one life rule only applies when there are 3 or more active cops on duty instead of 5

the mountain east of kavala has good terrain up the mountain and has alot of good sniper spots to fight and gives ability to push along rocks, flank, ect..having teammates come up from the other side of hill to slay nerds hiding from someone, ect.. better to hide when ifrits push and what not..
provides different type of fights that will suit different play styles and no more tower lag....

part of me would like to see purification removed and the double processes just moved to their respective processors, IE: double processing coke into coke bricks at coke pro, double processing meth into Heisenberg meth at meth lab, etc. the battles that were had at weed pro when golden wax was made there was crazy, it’d be sick to have those battles all over the map all the time.
but ultimately I don’t really care that much however the processors in cities like weed pro and coke pro always had the best battles.
keep in mind I don’t feel this way because there’s “too much risk” at purification factory, I just think it’d be more fun if you could double process at each processor. It’d keep players in the red zone longer so there’s more opportunity for fights.

I understand that some people may disagree. In my experience with the Puri Factory all it seems to be is just another hassle. I miss being able to just double/tripple proccess the drugs. Safer/More relaxed way of grinding. Everyone on the server wants to make money as easy as possible. I believe that returning it to the way it used to be would influence more people to run drugs. I understand why its a thing I just feel that grinding so hard to make money is part of the reason that less people are attracted to asylum and that's been made pretty clear by the community.
TLDR - Remove Puri its pointless and creates a 2x bigger hassle when running drugs, not to mention all the valuable drugs already require 3 ingredients.
Another option would be to keep puri for the drugs you have to get more then 1 ingredient for but allow other drugs like coke, heroin, LSD, etc to just be double processed at the processor.

Not sure what happened here, but given i am one of the more hated people on this forum ill let it slide.
The context is the removal of bounty hunting tracking. This is by far my favourite, i used to copy and paste this everywhere and i think i got a warning point for spamming it on a post.
Not really much else to say, this piece of poetry speaks for itself.

Interesting. Rapidkillz also known as "The Forgotten Legend" says "you are a simple minded human that cannot understand we, the superiors state of mind...." The man who has a 144p pic of a cartoon Scream character.
Here we see he claims to have his 9000 hours, how on earth do you get even 9 hours in this game and not ever know what tower lag is? This is also funny as in around 2 months he has recruited 600 members, I'm not good at math but that's like 40 unique players a day.
Then sadly he returned, with 200 more members on his roster, absolutely phenomenal for a gang that has had maybe 2 applications on there forum post.
