    Add it where I can put a bulk amount of  physical items on asylum exchange.  I'm trying to selling 20+ grenades and other physical items but can only post five separate post with one grenade each.... make it where I can sell all grenades, mags, guns or other physical items either from my person or if I have them stored in my vehicle in bulk. Similar to virtual items sales.

    Agreed, i was so hyped for the asylum exchange as it's a very crafty way to make money. With the right setups, you could make more money than you would running meth. The state of the asylum exchange feels like a downgrade of the old one. IMO the old exchange was almost perfect. It definitely needs to be reworked.

    Trash. So now only the wealthy players and people who pay to play can afford houses? Got on and can't access any of the houses that I found for market and ones I worked hard to buy. Basically owe around $45,000 per house, how do you suggest I pay for $225,000+ per week and enjoy the rest of the game? I don't know about you but I don't like spending all my time making money. You do realize people are constantly getting robbed or busted by the police gang right? And now I can't even sell the stuff inside my houses, great call.
    House Electric Bills
    Every house will now generate an electric bill every 7 days. The amount accumulated is based on how long you are on, types of upgrades, and house type. If you fail to pay the bill, you will be locked out of inventory/keys. Key holders will also not be allowed to access anything, until the house owner pays their bill. Failing to pay on the 8th day, will allow you to no longer spawn there, until you pay your bill. Home owners can pay the electric bill via the house menu

    A rock formation has been turned into a secured bunker to be used for storing hazardous or valuable materials to be researched. With the bunker finished the Altis Government formed a research facility on top of the bunker for researching the materials found by scientists at extra-terrestrial contact zones or from the Uranium Mine.

    How to Do
    |
    To actually "rob" the Facility you would have to use a USB device for hacking into the computers of the facility to gain access to the bunker, once the bunker has been overrun by the rebels the bunker would open up giving access to supplies of Element 115 and Weapon-Grade Uranium.

    It's up to the robbers to bring these to wherever they like using any form of transportation.

    Hi. It's almost impossible to find a good property unless you know a guy that knows a guy.
    I suggest making an option to send a request/offer to the owner so when they log in they can see that someone might want to pay a few million for it. Why is this better than just listing it on the market? Because people might want to sell a house but not be sure of a price Or like me, I have them up for 5mil but if I logged into a request for 3mil id take it but I won't put it on the market for 3mil because sometimes I get lucky. 
    I also suggest making an option to go up to a house and have it a link option that will connect you to the players forum account profile so you can find the owner easier, to send a message. Add a 1 hour cooldown to be able to send a message so it's not abused.
    If the forum account name is the same as their in-game name sure, they can find out who owns it. So maybe change ur name if one day ur house gets blown up...or make it against the rules to abuse this system. 
    OR - let the player send the owner a request. It'll show the players name who wants to buy it and the owner can decide if they want to sell it, thus protecting the owners identity. "xxxxxx has accepted your request of xxxx$, the property is now yours!"
    Much more efficient than making a thread.
     
    Why not just add a little tag that appears with the owners name to the home improvement option? Because then everyone can just find peoples house and blow them up.
    My method limits abuse.

    A lot of people have been saying there has to be a big money sink or something for people to spend as everyone is just so rich now. *cough cough* raise ifrit prices.
    well i've come up with this and i think it could be a very fun thing to implement on the server as long as it isn't turn into aids.
    every week, or x amount of time there is an auction starting at 8:00 or whatever on myasylum or the server itself where people bid for many items that aren't usually accessible. these are just some item ideas and something like this should be similar to the end result.

    Unique ifrit skin- 2.5mill - Vanilla Coke
    Custom TS Tag- 1mill- walt
    Unique Hatchback skin- 4mill- proud
    Navid + 3 mags- 7mill- proud

    etc.
     
    good idea to balance the economy and to bring some fun to the server

    Most of these skins are already in the server, but the Idea is to add something new and fresh to them. A Selection of Pearlescent wraps for all the vehicles. this brings life and a cool new feeling aspect to the existing skins. How these would be set, would be through like normal skins but when you go to the mod shop or try to buy a vehicle next to the skins tab would be a pearlescent tab allowing you to select from a selection of them.
     
     
    These are also possible on normal solid colors aswell.
     
    Let me know what you think and how you feel about these, all criticism is welcome. Keep in mind this is not limited to just these skins, these are able to be applied to anything and everything including backpacks and clothing as well as all vehicles and really anything that can be textured.

    been thinking about it and didn't have a answer at the time I replied to the others above. But let's get into it.
     
    Frist I totally agree that providing a FiveM experience would be awesome. But there are some major roadblocks that I face on the back side of things. As a user it's rather simple to request and dream of a new venture. But with some of the lessons I learned with my Minecraft attempt, it's one thing to want, it's a whole different animal to do. 
    The first and biggest issue is I simply don't have the development team that can undertake creating a reputable and custom FiveM server. We could provide a "prebuilt" server that uses various plugins but I feel that is betraying what the Asylum name was founded as, and known as. If I am going to pool precious resources into something again, I am going to ensure that we have it done to a T. Development takes time and energy. I cannot pay someone, or a few people to develop full time to crank something out in two weeks that is ready to go. 
    On top of that, the team that would be needed would need to be dependable and trustable and not a random person off of FiveR that can complete the work. 
    To be blunt, I am waiting for Jesse's/ Dillon's FiveM project to continue into their release phase. I am hopeful that in the near future there may be more opportunity for Asylum to offer a life server on GTA. I find that game a ton of fun and would enjoy having our name further out there with it. 
    Moving on  I will not ditch the Arma side of things to move to a new game. We have a ton of people that have poured a ton of dedication and long days and nights to get us to where we are at. These people have given up their free time within their own lives at my request to fix and develop the server at various times. I understand that making a switch fully seems appealing, but it would also stab some in the back.
    If you are reading this and think that you have a solution please contact me. But be aware that it won't be a easy sell and there will be a ton of questions.

    pretty good idea tbh. would go good with my idea of a hotzone on the server. but keeping it in the city would just be full of pistol bangers
    i think making 1 big city turf pop every day at a certain time like 6pm est or so would be dope. put it in a location close to the city like the radio tower where you send server messages near kavaka (just an example)

    @Ethan Darrell @Mitch (IFRIT)Hello. I have two ideas for new content. My first idea is ok but I feel like the second idea would spice up the server. My first idea would be a new cartel that collects tax from legal ways of making money. For example a natural resource cartel that receives a cut from legal vendors like jewelry, commodity, timber, market produce (apples) being sold or purchased.

    Another idea I had was city turfs. The general idea is like gang turfs. A city or landmark near a city will turns into a red zone and allows for capture. If captured the winner will collect a tax on EVERYTHING (illegal(drug & wong), legal( garage fees, weapon store, selling or buying with any trader)) sold or bought within the city they fought for. There will be 4 city turfs (Kavala, Sofia, Athira, and Pyrgos) Only one city turf can be active at a time. I have no idea how long they should last and how often they should pop.
      Just an idea here but I'm thinking maybe even allowing the APD to compete for these city turfs  in hope to make fights feel different and fresh every time they pop. The APD can either get the tax or a check like they do when winning a federal event as their reward. (When a city turf capture zone is active no federal events may be started to give cops the break from being raped at federal events.)
      These are just ideas for locations for fights and I'm sure you all can think of better places for the fights but I'm just spit balling some ideas here.

    Additional notes. In my opinion making the turfs within the city itself would make the turf war a lot more accessible to new gangs and players that want to get into fights. Only problems would be having a player spawn being a red zone which could also dishearten brand new players. The issue with putting it outside the city itself is that new players will not get involved with the fights (similarly to  cartels) and it’ll end up being a fight between two big gangs like it always has. I think if the fight is outside the city it’ll end up getting boring just like all the other cartels IMO.
    Also, if the city turf is in the city, I would highly recommend making it a moving capture zone within the turf similar to how “codefourgaming” KOTH servers have a moving priority zone. This would stop players from just camping a flag location (gang turfs) or stagnating capture zone (cartels). In all honesty stagnant zones make fights boring, predictable and less dynamic. Moving zones would ultimately balance the fights between defenders and attackers. If that is too hard to develop you can have it where there are multiple flag within a city turf and they must be captured like gang turf flags BUT they will randomly rotate four times during the city turf capture time and players must capture the new priority flag that pops. ( Example capture event last for 30 minutes. Every 7 and a half minutes players must push a new flag location in the  city turf to  start gaining more points.) Whoever has the most cumulative percentage during flag capture wins the city turf.
