    Abandoned Casino Royale

    Introduction
Welcome to Altis' Ghost Hotel! Once a bountiful casino and hotel, poor management and missing funds have left the Ghost Hotel in a state of disrepair! Rumour has it that the funds never went missing - instead they were digitalised into cryptocurrency and stored on a USB crypto-wallet supposedly hidden within a drone.
Enter the Ghost Hotel, break into the locked doors and ascend the floors, but... keep on the lookout for clues left by the previous owner regarding the whereabouts of the crypto wallet!
The Abandoned Casino Royale should require a moderately sized group between 4-6 people to complete. Careful planning, strategic positioning and watching each other's backs will be paramount in the success of this heist. This event has some random elements in the form of multiple spawn locations of the event objectives. The event may take considerable time, best to plan for at least 30 minutes of investment. Requirements
Diamond Tip Drill Crowbar (x3) Adequate time to complete To begin the robbery you will required to set the Diamond  Tip Drill to one of the three gated entrances to the second floor.
When access is gained, explore the accessible rooms for a folder of documents, this represents our clues left behind by the previous owner of the hotel (see attached the clue and one possible spawning point)
Unfortunately for you, the clue is written in extremely poor handwriting and will require some time to fully grasp! Interact with the clue via the scroll-wheel menu and begin the translation process. During this period you will  be required to be near the clue for 'X' amount of time until the translation is complete and the clue given.
When you do translate the clue, the clue will instruct you that the USB is in a cache hidden within one of the units outside of the main hotel building. The clue will narrow this down into a section for you to explore. (Interacting with the clue will spawn the crate) (See section map attached below)
Within one of these buildings you will find a cache containing a UAV backpack (AR-2 Darter). Upon equipping the backpack the equipping player will get a notification to fly the drone to a designated landing pad, as even with the crypto wallet you are unable to begin a transfer and will require some outside help, with multiple potential spawn points of pad possible. (See cache and landing pad below)
Upon flying the drone to the designated landing pad the heisting players will receive a new timer, counting down until the crypto can be transferred into their accounts as money, however, this periodically pings the players phones announcing their rough location on the map (similar to a bounty hunter circle). The players are not  required  to be in the area of the  Altis Ghost Hotel at this stage but must survive until the timer runs out. For each player that dies a portion of the payout is removed and they will drop a 'Pinging Phone' in their briefcase for other players to pick up.
If you survive the timer, or pick up a 'Pinging Phone' off a dead heister, you will receive a large sum of money in your bank account representing the divvyed out crypto from the previous owner's wallet!
Additionally, bonus rewards may be earnt if you undertake the opening of the gate to the top floor, not only in a better tactical position fit with sandbags (see below),
but additionally monetary rewards in the form of unopened crates of alcoholic goods! To access these crates you'll need to use your trusty crowbars (See below)
Additionally some changes have been made to the general area, most notably the addition of a deerstand out the front of the hotel and blocking off of the second floor access at the rear of the Ghost Hotel (see below)

    Some additional notes
I thought of this with wave-based cop combat in mind. The run to find the crate after discovering the clue will generate tension as players, or more likely one player, runs to find the cache in the timeframe between the death of the cops and their return. Players will also need to time their drone flight in between cop respawns and protect the flying player. All the while trying to prevent cop advancement on the hotel. It'll be intense and heavy on CQB engagements.

The Most Beautiful Girl in the World

    Introduction
Bonjour my intrepid young convicts and welcome to the Altis Museum of Art and Cultural Centre! You will find us north of Sofia at the small town of Molos. Here you will find many masterpieces including war-time era photographs, renaissance paintings and even photo collections of famous celebrities! As you can imagine many of these pieces could fetch a hefty price and you'd be right, however, you aren't here to steal just any old artwork. No, you are here to steal art of the most beautiful girl in the world.
The Art Heist requires a start at in-game night, otherwise you'll be seen by the residents of Molos! Able to be completed by a small but skilled group Requirements
Bolt-cutters to access the gate One person minimum (recommended at least 3) To begin the robbery, interact with a new NPC called 'Shady Art Dealer' located in Molos with the option 'Bribe Security Guards'. This option will not function at daytime. When used a timer will begin, representing the guards leaving, however, the APD will be tipped off announcing the in-progress robbery to the map.
At this stage you will need to make your way to the front gate and bolt-cut it, or find access into the fence by other means, then you will need to interact with the front door via the scroll-wheel menu option 'Brute force keypad'. This will begin hacking the front door of the Museum.
Once inside you will now need to begin looking for priceless art of the most beautiful girl in the world, the only acceptable paintings sellable to the buyer, attached below are examples of some paintings you may find within the Museum.
However, these varieties do not feature our most beautiful girl in the world, instead we need to find art of the following two varieties:
When shown varieties are seen, you can use the scroll-wheel menu to interact using 'Pry painting', this will take approx. 2 minutes as you take the upmost care in keeping the images in top-nick condition. After this they will be placed in your inventory.
When all paintings are obtained, you will get a marker to a coastal port at random - there will be an NPC with a boat nearby called 'Shadiest Buyer'. You sell the paintings to this NPC.

    Some additional notes
In both scenarios, a bounty of $10,000 will be placed on each participating player within range. These bounties will be representative of the illegal activities being undertaken by the players at the time.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Conclusion
As the name of the post implies, this is part 1 of a series of federal events/activities suggestions that I intend to make as time goes on. Evidently, I'm a man of fine taste and a passion for crimes of well passion!

Cadets, and Constables (Majority of police force) did not benefit from checks.
Corporals  are only making an extra $1,800 an IRL hour....
All I can say is this....

SGTs = Extra $3,600 an IRL hour (Can't even pay for them buying armor or garage fee for mobile HQ for events with this amount)
Lts and Capt = Extra $6000 an IRL hour ( Again can't even pay for one frit for events...)
I honestly hope I'm wrong but I feel like cops will be losing money.
I'm afraid cops won't have time to catch people with drugs if rebels are running events back to back because rebels only need to serve 10 mins or pay lower ticket prices now.

Appreciate your feedback but you are heavily over-estimating the amount of money cops made off these charges. if you assume EVERY SINGLE charge for these were sent to jail with 30% bonus from profiteer (Which I can tell you a vast majority were issued either. reduced tickets, Pardons,  charges dropped (and in some cases player removed for corruption). Or sent and didn't have profiteer,

    For the last year total-
    Money Laundering (1526) - $7,630,000
    Weapons Trafficking - (1318) $1,318,000
    Possession of Gold bars (664) - $9,960,000
    Total with Profiteer3 $24,580,400

So AT MOST 2mil/month avg or 66k~ a day. -Again you are not even close to this given Reduced tickets/pardons/BH sniping the bounty/Dropped charges

I can tell you we are giving out way more than that in police additional pay each and every single day now.
Captains alone (4 guys) play on average 20 hours a month
    So 500(Pay) x 12 (Cheques an hour) x 20 (Hours a month) x 4 (Captains)x 12 months = 5,760,000/yr

Not to mention to compensate the lower downs losing out on a bit of that money. (That money is often "Earned" by higher ups as they are the ones taking risk/pulling armor to even have those charges applied in the first place). Is compensated by the increased payout on illegal items, Profiteer changes. And the fact profiteer stacks with these buffs to seize prices. Also your STILL charging them with possession of XYZ (Notes/Gold/Remains) which went up in price + stacks with profiteer again.

    Cops. Make. More. Money.

++Simplified guidebook is just better for everyone
++Civs spend less time in jail

Remember that SGT/LT are required 25 hours a month, with a majority of the staff actually pushing 40-50 hours.
LTs are earning 300k per 25 hours, which is the equivalent of 3 ifrits just by doing their required hours, SGTs are a bit less as their armor is not nearly as expensive

Awesome update. Love camera idea and shed rules.
Just feel like cop got a sizable nerf by removing those stackables though. 😕 Did we remove them to make RA easier for cadets? Jokes aside, cops rarely win events and even less often do we catch anyone with notes or bars. Events will be spammed more often because there is less punishment for being caught.  Maybe increase cooldown timer a bit  to reduce spamming and give us an opportunity to patrol around for more REAL RP experiences with newer players.

I think the previous responses answer most of the questions.

Honest answer, I'm just not interested in managing another currency on top of
Money, Blood Money, Prestige, Honor, Infamy.
  13. Sleeper Don liked a post in a topic by GravL in Counterfeit Cash
I feel like what you’re going for here is a secondary currency (obviously), but blood money is also a thing already. It’s not a bad idea to mix run-based money with something like that, but it’s also very hard to. Some could argue blood money isn’t useful, they never have enough to afford anything useful. And that’s perfectly okay, they’re not fighters. But some (more tbh) people could also argue that if you want to do runs for money, it wouldn’t be worth the time and effort to add a new system when it’s likely your play style doesn’t require potentially constant big purchases, such as multiple orcas, ifrits, vests, etc. the normal money making methods and currency are more than enough to keep you satisfied. My best guess is blood money was added to reduce the money spent by fighters, giving them the option to use another currency that is also gained basically passively. After all, when you get on and purely go for fights, money can drain VERY fast. “Normal” players really have no need for that secondary option.

I was thinking after a run you could buy vehicles or weapons in bulk at rebel then store or also do a large money run to buy expensive rebel items (explosives and arson kits). Maybe even buy then sell vehicles or these high value items at asylum exchange. Another option that would make less money but be less risky would be simply buying then selling vehicles back to rebel garge to convert counterfeit to quick depositable cash.
I do agree with you though. Having it valued at half would probably make it useless or rarely used.
Honestly the hope is to have more risky and rewarding fights where people can't simply deposit money after selling or store their drugs in a house. A lot of money making methods feel pretty safe especially with a house near by, but this would definitely be one of the riskiest money making method that forces players to actually carry money around with them over long distances with a chance of getting robbed otw to rebel or even at rebel or wherever they want to spend their counterfeit bills.

    Appreciate the feedback❤️

  20. Sleeper Don liked a post in a topic by GravL in Counterfeit Cash
This was already a thing years ago and got removed, with the new system I don’t think this will be added as the new system is much easier.

and if it’s unstorable or unbankable, what’s the point of it? Assuming you drop it when you die as it’s a Y item, it seems redundant to spawn, do a run of cash, and then do what you actually want to do. Especially if it’s worth half the price of regular money, I don’t think it would be used often if at all
