And what if no civs show up? Can't force civs to show up to these events. Anything that hinders civs just to force rebels to show up is not fair either. People that aren't playing cop are usually playing because they don't want to be forced to do things like respond to a federal event. Yeah and in your example, let's say a group of 10 does the mental and gets caught with 10 gold bars. That is 10 counts of federal gold bars each. This adds up to 150k per person caught, which then adds up to 1.5m total split between the cops in the processing area, providing no one manages to talk it down or get a pardon. Most of the time, you aren't talking down those charges or people do not care to.

I like to make use of the bipod feature a lot. I've not really used it at long range though. Close to medium range when I'm in a good location and no one has seen me yet. Makes for an accurate spray

Bring back ghost hotel cartel please. All the cartels being down at the bottom of the map kind of sucks imo. I miss when they were all over the map. Gathering the boys up in an orca to travel around and fight for control.

I thought it would work like the doors are drilled open and remain unlocked for 5 or 10 minutes, then return back to normal.

The NATO counterpart is the MXM. MXM muzzle volocity is 920 m/s. CMR-76 muzzle velocity is 980 m/s. And to compare it with a 7.62, the MK-I EMR has a muzzle velocity of 940 m/s. Not sure if these things should be considered but maybe it is good to know, since I would like this weapon to have a good chance at making it into the server. Master Crusader only weapon ayyyyy

Civ only gun

Yeah right now if someone is locked in a house and I'm bounty hunting, I just blow their house up. A way to just temporarily get the doors unlocked would be good. A drill or something that can be disabled by anyone from the outside. If it is even possible to make it work from one side.

It's not like anyone that might be cheating will need to set up their bipod anyway.

Is it removable? I'm pretty sure some guns can't have them removed like the LIM and RPK. It might be okay for it to have a bipod though considering those guns have them.

Looks like a cool gun. Is 6.5, limited to single fire and 20 round mags. The only concerning thing is it has a built in bipod on it, which might be crazy even for a 6.5mm marksman rifle.
