When the Asylum Tanoa server was first launched I bought a villa house(120K house with garage which I do not think works yet) literally 250m or less from the distillery. I took a break for a little while from Asylum and forgot about it. So now I am wondering how much you would sell it because this is the first time I have sold a house on the forums. My base price is 700k and I think this is a little too high so if you are interested please tell me your thoughts or how much you would pay and I may put it up for sale. I will put images in if it this post gets enough attention.

I heard that after one month of being off Asylum your houses will automatically be taken from you and will be sold for their default price. Is this true? I do not want to be off too long and come back on to realize I should have brought my laptop on the trip. If you know how it works can you go in detail? Thank You. P.S.
