Approved
Group cap will be increased to 20. Gang group remains unlimited We will continue to monitor and adjust the cap as necessary. We are hesitant to have unlimited groups. We found in the test wipe multiple gangs would group together and steamroll smaller groups/cops. Regarding the Armed Ghost Hawk, we will be removing the ability to arm the Ghost Hawk from APD.
The increased group cap will take effect next time we patch, The Ghost Hawk change will take effect immediately.

1. Actively Seated Captain must be in the helicopter to ensure proper use of the armed Ghost-Hawk.
3. Armed Ghost-Hawks shall only be used if cops are heavily outnumbered and/or are repeatedly responding to federal events with no reprieve.
A certain someone doesn’t really like to follow these rules, and they use the ghawk when they feel like it.

Pretty much the title. Although it’s not often there are times when all the corp+ slots are taken so we should be able to gain prestige on the normal cop slots especially considering the prestige wipe. Maybe even allow constables to accrue prestige at a lower percentage so they don’t have to start off with 0 prestige when they get promoted

Patrolling in a Helicopter
Sergeant+ patrolling in a helicopter must make use of the Air Patrol channel to patrol illegal areas without the need of a ground unit.
Patrolling Illegal Areas
Officers have a 1 Life Rule when Patrolling Illegal Gathering Fields and Illegal Processors.
Officers Cannot Return to the fight if killed in these zones unless revived.
If all Officers in the Illegal zone are killed. Requested backup may still arrive and must follow the 1 life rule.
If there are 5 or less officers online Officers may disregard the 1 Life Rule above and can return to the illegal area and continue the engagement.
