Honor was implied. I guess I didn't tell Anders to make that clear.
Just make a 3rd Honor tree of Misc talents that work for both Apex and Crusader. Things like discounts at BH and tracking higher bounties etc. 

I think there should be a talent that gives you the chance to not get people wanted for less than 5k/10k or something like that. Im on a full server right now and I got 3 bounties for 2k and 1 for 5k.

Turfs serve as a lesser cartel. They give discounts and other perks. But this is not a perfect system.
Turfs were designed to give smaller gangs something to fight over and in a CQC environment. But this is not what has been accomplished. Sure, there are gangs that focus on turfs over cartels, simply because they are easier to fight with small numbers. But the major issue is that it has turned into a real estate war; who can have the best houses. 
Currently, cartels have housing disabled within a set radius, to prevent housing being abused. I'd like to see the same things done to turfs that are red. If not every house in the radius, then at least the ones which have direct sight of the flag. Because currently it's just who can sit in a locked house for 15 minutes. 9/10 times I've been to a turf, I've been shot from a house. Maybe even put the flags in a building or some sort of cover so you are not able to be shot from houses which load no crates, 
Also. Buff Zaros, theres a reason the turf that is not sought after very much. It's perks are not near as good as the others. 
And remove the shading from the zones, it's fucking ugly. Change it to an outline like red zones. 

I can show video's of players ghosting in while I am at a cartel I had a whole gang log in on me I myself only asking for just a certain place like just the red circle to notify that a player has logged in it does not have to be a whole 100 meters or even 25 meters extra. @bamf

If they get banned then that is their fault for cheating I would like to have a server free of assholes who cheat.

1.) ask a gang member where a certain cartel is located. I've done this several times.
2.) Accept that you might die and do your best to run. If you die, at least it doesn't appear you tried to ghost in. Not like making money for a loadout is all that hard.

Punishment they go to jail. (And get a ban if you can be bothered to report).  You shouldn't get a paycheck based on someone Combat logging. Also if they wanted this to be the case why didn't they do it for cops already ? 
Dont get me wrong it would be nice to have, just means people would end up getting away with combat logging if less people have intensive to report them.
