I don't know why people keep proposing this as some intelligent idea. People with more money are normally people who've been here longer and are more likely to be playing notwithstanding asylum's population issues. Wiping the server isn't gonna convince anyone to stay and sit there re-grinding everything they already had. It's gonna make them more likely to leave. I know I certainly would.

I really have nothing useful to contribute other than to say @Richard is a retard and @Ashton. likes balls. also I am not shocked people are upsetti about developers, asylum roleplayers have been tortured by people like Henry, Windmere and Gnashes for years. If you want good quality and dedicated developers you have to pay $$$. I will wait to see what these guys do before passing judgement Finally I am just glad to see there was atleast some kind of engagement on this, and perhaps community meetings should be a more regular feature going forward......

you left this rather important detail out of your original rant lol. Obviously you can't ban someone for RDM if you can't prove they actually did, what are they supposed to do, use telekenesis? Witchcraft? Are they supposed to visit your house and extract a forensic image of your computer to analyse? Have you sign a legally binding contract and put you under oath?

I keep seeing this argument that the servers are dying because the admins aren't banning more people and aren't banning them for long enough. I don't see why people dont realise this is a contradictory argument. The suggestion that donors get favourable treatment is not at all true (just ask @Crossfade), and typically if an admin knows somebody they aren't gonna process a report on that person. So you log on 1 hour a week, get killed while AFK in a house, and you want to report the guy who did it. Do you not realise how pathetic that is? What kind of punishment would you consider proportionate for such a heinous and disgraceful act?

the only solution I can think of is some way for asylum to negate the advantage of the driver being the only one dropping with his gun out, which is part of why it exists. why stack 4 in one ifrit when 3 of them have to wait to start shooting and drop from both sides leaving them exposed when you can have 4 in 4 ifrits and they can all drop and shoot immediately? also, could making blood money part of the ifrit cost be another solution, so they don't disappear entirely (70K + 15K blood money)??
