    First off, we appreciate your cooperation and support as we work on server performance. While we do so, here are some small additions and changes that have been asked for by the community, we do listen to your voices . Once we get the performance to an acceptable level, we will begin adding the new content we’ve been working on for all players to experience. We'd also like to welcome back @Bikstok as contributor and look forward to our development team pushing out great changes in the future!
    Added the ability to claim vehicles at Chop Shop. Added 2 additional Rebel outposts. Thank you @Jbdragon for the designs. Reworked the prison, designed by @Jbdragon! Second bridge removed from the prison A second bridge will be added soon. The dynamic map system Poseidon implemented needs to be reworked or adjusted to accept objects "snapped to surface" or with pitch and yaw settings for the new Eden Editor. There is a laptop in the prison that you need to upload the virus to in order to infect the security system. The timer is now handled server side, so the player who starts it can lose connection, get killed, leave the server, etc and the prison break will continue. The APD will need to stop the prison break if possible by restoring the system at the laptop in the prison. When the map marker returns to blue, prisoners can no longer escape. Increased price of the Qilin to 50k. Increased price of the Prowler to 45k. Removed side doors on Qilins/Prowlers. Increased the price of the APD Prowler to 25k. Added ability to add additional smokes to Ifrits and Striders using the vehicle ammo item. Added vehicle ammo item to Cop shop. Added the Raven vest to Rebel outpost, Skip Tracer and UC. Added rear/side seats to the DLC cargo van. Increased price of the Suicide Vest to 80k. Increased price of the RPG round to 50k. Increased revive payout to $3500. Added MX SW to CPT+. Added MX GL (Smoke rounds only) to SGT+. Added SWAT uniform to LT+. Added Brown NVGs to UC. Removed Gendarmerie uniform from APD. Removed killer shelves from Kavala. Players can no longer sync their location while within 200m of any cartel. Tweaked downing script. Tweaked vehicles to be more resilient to non projectile damage. Removed the seat belt option and made vehicles significantly safer. Fixed a bug with red names and vehicles. Fixed an exploit with RPGs. Fixed APD talent for Hellcat. Fixed an exploit with syncing. Added an auto-locking method on the servers when FPS gets low on the server It will auto-unlock if the FPS recovers, we hope this will aide in having less crashes IMPORTANT NOTE: Some buildings (like the deer stands at the prison) will be created local to the client and not on the server. Meaning if you close the hatches on the deer stands others will see them open. So don't use them for cover. If you're unsure of if the building is client-sided or server-sided have a friend look at the building while you open/close windows. If they don't move for your friend, don't hide behind them and expect not to die... This will be adjusted when the map system is changed in the near future to accept pitch and yaw.
    Hotfix #1:
    Donor Rebel outpost has been added back to its original location. Now you have (6) rebels to gear up at. If you get camped, fill out a "hurt feelings" report Honor & Honor Talents should now sync properly Hotfix #2:
    Decreased damage taken to player while in vehicles. Doner Kebabs will no longer make your food value be a decimal point under certain circumstances. Removed APD Prowler doors. Removed Gang Bank cap. Now all players who are in the vicinity of the prison will be charged with Prison Conspiring. Any players who decide to be broken out from jail will also now be charged with Prison Conspiring on top of Escaping Prison. Prison Break delay dropped from 45 minutes to 15 minutes. Syncing at certain zones has been fixed. An option to refill magazines at Rebel Outposts has been added. Re-added the ability to sell weapons at Firearm Factory, vehicles are still disabled. Added lethal MX SW rounds to Cop shop. Some security adjustments. Hotfix #3:

    And on the topic of making a mission from scratch, you guys are under-estimating the amount of work it would require. I don't think anyone here that develops has enough free time to make that happen. I tried to do it myself in ~2015. I remade user interface's, remade map systems, wanted system, things like that. But those things are only a small piece of the whole thing. It's just an overwhelming amount of work that is required to make something like that in a reasonable amount of time, especially alone. So I scrapped that idea and just took the cool stuff I made and put it in my main framework.

    Before reading this guide, please note, the majority of the alcohol process is ILLEGAL
    This guide is currently unfinished, however, it has the majority of info you need to start making your booze
    !You will also need a house with a keg, purchasable at the Home Improvement store!

    Please read: I would like to thank everyone who helped me put this guide together. On behalf of everyone, I urge you all to be kind and friendly at the Distillery. We're all just trying to make some booze, man.

    Step 1: Get your materials
    There are 3 types of alcohol you can make, each requires a different set of ingredients.
    Below is a list of the recipes, as well as what each plant looks like so you know how to gather them
    Moonshine: Corn, Water, Yeast
    Whiskey: Corn or Rye, Water, Yeast, Barley
    Scotch: Water, Yeast, Barley
    ***WATER AND YEAST CAN BE OBTAINED FROM A MARKET***

    RYE

    **Note that the RYE plant is a shorter version of the CORN plant

    Step 2: Distilling your product
    You will now need to take AT LEAST 1* of each ingredient, respective to the recipe you chose to make, to the distillery. Remember, this is an ILLEGAL area.

    *if you have, say, 20 water, 20 yeast, and 20 barley, you will make 20 Scotch
     



    Your product is not finished, continue on to the next step.

    Step 3: Aging your product
    To age your product, place the un aged alcohol in your barrel.
    Your product will begin to "age" over several server restarts in set increments.
    For Scotch, it ages 20 per stage per restart, I diagram below shows how it ages. 
    For Whiskey, there is no set increment
    Assuming what you had 100 scotch in your barrel, this is what it would look like over many restarts, courtesy of Bikstok:
    - Before restart:

    - 1st restart:
    [20] scotch
    [80] new make scotch
    - 2nd restart:
    [20] 15 year scotch
    [20] scotch
    [60] new make scotch
    - 3rd restart:
    [20] 25 year scotch
    [20] 15 year scotch
    [20] scotch
    [40] new make scotch
    - 4th restart:
    [40] 25 year scotch
    [20] 15 year scotch
    [20] scotch
    [20] new make scotch
    - 5th restart:
    [60] 25 year scotch
    [20] 15 year scotch
    [20] scotch
    - 6th restart:
    [80] 25 year scotch
    [20] 15 year scotch
    - 7th restart:
    [100] 25 year scotch
    **It will look the same for Whiskey, except it will be aging 60 at a time**

    After the first restart with the base product in your house, it will upgrade to stage 2. In this case, my "New Make Scotch" upgraded to "Scotch" after one restart.
    Note that only 20 were aged.

    Now that you have "Scotch" in your barrel, wait another restart, and it will turn into "15 year Scotch"

    After another restart (3rd), your 15 year will turn into 25 year Scotch. This is your final product.

    Now that you have a finished product, take it to Wongs Food and Alcohol and make some bank!!
    Keep in mind that alcohol ages in set increments, for Scotch that increment appears to be 20. It will take several restarts for an entire crate to fully age, as it will only age 20 per step per restart.

    Some More Tips:
    Scotch sells for the most money if you're aging in bulk
    You must be online during a restart for it to count for aging, however, it will age if you're in the lobby over restart
    While only a set amount can age, you can have multiple barrels to multiply the process
    Moonshine doesn't need to be aged
    You can have any configuration of aging barrel/crate in your house
    All the ingredients way 1, and every stage of drink weighs 3*
    Barley, Corn, and Rye are LITERALLY everywhere

    Something ive suggested for a long time, regular players testing who actually play and not just sit in a Teamspeak channel acting admin, makes sense no? Most admins havent touched the server recently. And i couldn't care less if i was asked tbh, i hardly play as is right now just suggesting something that makes perfect sense but you dont care about any of that, youre just looking for something smart and cocky to say because you havent anything else to do in the community. And i dont hate the admin team Clint, i just hate you .

    I didn't change anything with damage event handlers, so I don't think it's something I did but can be looked into.
    The new update is in rough testing at the moment, yesterday was my first day at my temporary job, and my phone says I walked like 9 miles. Which was rough considering I've sat on my ass for almost everyday the last 4 years. So I came home and passed out. Everything hurts but I plan on finishing up the update today, it will then be tested by select few, and then we'll be gucci. Sorry again for the delays, this month has been really chaotic. Tomorrow I have an in person interview for an IT job so hopefully that goes well and I won't need to continue my labor intensive job where I almost die from walking for 11 hours...
    I've also been working on more optimization things to help find the root of the server issues, which is also part of the reason for the delays since I've been splitting my time between performance investigation stuff/new update. After this new update drops if Bamf want's to keep me around to find the root of the server perf issues I've got some new things to try that seem really promising.
    And yes this update will fix items scattering across the ground....
