Favorite gang in S4. Great group of guys. They live up to their name and inexplicably do better when drunker. Almost like drunken master style kung fu except via arma 3. We helped them out in a jam at bank once (s4 cops are no joke) and they've always backed us up the rare time my boys and I jump servers. Anyone who call S4 home would be lucky to join these guys.
