Roleplay wise' date=' I'd give a [u']big vouch to both, [uSER=208]Beef[/uSER] and [uSER=241]Miss Evo[/uSER] who without perusing something to gain, they both supported the Avar idea for the roleplay aspect. I think in a community that somewhat lacks roleplay, members like those two who both gave time to create guides, spreadsheets etc. Just to try and bring some role-play into the community through an roleplaying idea of someones with no real intention for gain is great and what any roleplaying community needs. I know me and Chandler are new to the community, and my vouch may mean little, but we've fought for expansive roleplaying groups such as Avar on more serious roleplay servers and failed, yet here it actually somewhat worked gaining members, already at 15. Thanks to help from people like Evo and Beef. Not to mention countless other members who've just gave donations from their own hard worked money just to help out. Note: This isn't me vouching them for helping my group, this is a vouch for the fact they helped because they saw the potential to bring more roleplay into the community for those who want it. They gave time and ingame money to help out with nothing in return just for that idea. (They obviously like their community)

There are some requirements to join, these are: Be Active Have a micrphone Have TeamSpeak Be over 15 Years of age If you meet all of these, then you can do as said above to join! If you have someone who is already in the company that is great, ask them to vouch you! But don't worry if you do not, we welcome all members and you'll fit in amoungst our workers easily as they're all friendly. We also offer a private sector where we do illegal activties. "Off Board" which does not follow under the company names, the current sectors you can apply for are: Mining Sectors General Minerals Specific Minerals (e.g diamond) Other (e.g Salt, escalating) [*]Security Sectors Head of security Security Personnel Bounty Hunter [*]Private Sectors Unlisted [*]Management Sectors Closed You can apply for any open sectors listed above, if you can't apply for one, an example being management. You can simply work your way up to that rank, it's not hard! You just have to follow the ranking sheet. So remember, post your steam name on our Members thread if you wish to join. Section 3, How Ranking Works So as you'll notice, on our ranking sheet there are names (our members) and then there are Goals which are important, a goal is something you must meet before being able to rank up, each rank has up to ten goals. You must meet a set amount of these goals before you can rank up. Although members do not have to meet all goals, each different rank % has it's own required goal count for a rank up, but this is private. When you think you fit enough goals (For example, you have 5 or 6 ticked as an "x", then you should request an interview with your management team member and speak about being ranked up, if seen fit: you will move up a set % or possibly a whole rank. You can hover RANKING SHEET TIP You can hover your mouse above members, and the goals to see more information. Hovering your mouse above goals will tell you specific information on how to achieve that goal [*]RANKING SHEET REMINDER If a goal is listed as "Reserved for mangement point" or something like this, then that goal will only be achieved if the manager sees you doing good work, being active etc. UPDATE: You can now hover your mouse above the rank %, for example "0% - 9%" to find out how many goals are needed to progress to the next rank. Section 4, How mining works As a miner, you have two options. You can do solo mining, or you can come and do bulk mining. The difference is, if you do solo mining, and you expect to be paid you will have to fill out a form (through google docs) and send it directly to Miss Evo, she will review it and pay you accordingly, the other option is to do Bulk Mining, where you will come with the group of Avar, to do a full mine and get 25% of any trucks that the management own. Although this may not be the case for all runs, some management are exempt.Section 5, How mangement works Standard MembersStandard members are anyone up until the high % ratings, these members have no real control over other members, and having a higher % than someone else is not important, it gives you no more power over those people! It's just your rank. Only when you hit mangement ranks at 80% or above will you gain access to member control, etc. Mid % Members (25%+) When you hit these %, you are becoming a solid member of our community and workforce. You should've made friends by now and have some sort of savings in your bank. At this point you will be asked to choose a sector you wish to be locked into up until 80%, for example "Mining", "Security", etc. This will be your sector up until the higher ranks. High % Members (60%+) Now, under special exemptions to our overal structure, at this % if you've been vouched enough and seen to be a hard worker, and good member of this movement, you will be given a "Lead" position of one of our sectors, such as Mining or Security, at the higher end of the % ranks, around 75% you can also take control of something bigger such as our private sector. Management % Members (80%+) At any % above 80 you will be classed as management, these have strict rules and you will be given a job. For example: Public relations, Backend Management, you will be expected to manage something such as, income, google docs or even ranking members. There are many slots open, but you cannot apply for them, you work for them. Such as interviewer, Mining Sheet Reviewer, and many more. Currently two or more sections are taken by one manager, and we look to spread this out in the future to produce less stress. Section 6, What is this % I always see This is someones rank, you should see 100% as the highest rank someone can be, and 0% the lowest. It is a % of how much input they have into the company. Obviously, a higher % are higher ranks. And it allows us to track our ranks a lot better and more directly. It is tracked via the google docs spreadsheet linked above.Section 7, Company Comp We also offer a comp fund, this is for any members that are actively doing runs with someone inside of our mangement team. To be able to get comp, you must firstly be with a member of management whilst doing a mining run, and if mugged etc, you can apply for comp directly to that manager. Although this is more restricted for lowertranks.
