The idea of the national HQ is awesome and the perks you can gain from it are worth the reward however it is impossible to be fought on the cop side.

    Mobile HQ
What's the point in pulling a Mobile HQ for it to be vested 2 minutes into the fight. Change the mobile for National HQ only to be in god mode. Almost every National done people hop around in channels begging for cops to log on just to be destroyed. There's no incentive for cops to log other than a promised payout from admins or an MK1 due to it being impossible to push a 30-50 man group. Eventually cops will stop logging on for the civ's and it will only be done when that perfect number of cops are online. The Mobile HQ allows the cops a safe spawn close to the event and its taken away every time. You could also add in a NEW HQ close to the event which would allow cops to spawn without the worry of being blown up.
    Other entry points
From what I've seen there's tons of entry points to the compound but they are all locked? I'm not sure if its intended or not coded properly but its near impossible to push. Its supposed to be the TOP TIER END OF GAME EVENT that the cops will never win or get close to winning. How is that end game? A bank is more challenging to win then the National at this point. When a national is done its guaranteed you will get a token if you don't ego peak every cop you see.  The roof is the main point of entry for cops but when there's 15 rebels on the roof and another 5 on construction how are you supposed to combat that? Especially now when people have tier 3 and tier 4 tokens that allow them weapons to rip through orcas like paper.
     Cop Morale
This event is nothing but a middle finger to the cops. They never win and when the rebels win they get access to better equipment to give the cops a harder time. We want people to play the server and stick around and this event does the opposite. Any other event besides the prison there is a reward for the cops whether it be gold, bank notes, etc. I understand it spawns a truck with APD intel but once again 30-50 man group makes that hard to get ahold of. Even if the cops somehow win this event 80% of them will be lethaled and go to the HQ to save the 20% we did manage to capture. If an event like this is going to be done add a group cap back into the game to prevent this.
All in all the event is a great idea but horribly executed. If its going to be labeled as an end game event it needs to be fought like one. The point its at now its just a money sink for rebels and a meat grinder for cops.

I don't think they should be able to raid inventories but captains should discuss them being able to open a door to get someone out of a house. By SGT your not risking your rank for a big bounty.

Gang Wars again would be nice. I remember when I was tasked to stream it back in like 2017. That was a great time that saw 300-400 viewers which was insane even for that periods viewership. I wouldn't even mind helping out with that again with other streamers alike. First one that comes to mind is someone like @zdeatHim and I could be commentators. That was my role in that Gang War all the way back and it was super fun. With admins too and the owner.

    ---------------------------

Not only that but you need to some how market your product. I understand the game is dead. But there's still about 7,000-10,000 people that play Arma daily. There's still some hope to reach out to new people that've never played the server or even returning players to some degree. If you have a product that only relies on word of mouth to market, your product will never see the light of day. There needs to be someone who reaches out to content creators, streamers, etc. Some sort of plan. Maybe with a small budget to help promote the server with these creators.

I've done the research as a successful creator myself and there's still hope with some specific streamers and youtubers that could possibly give the server a try. It's a slim chance, but making plans with these creators during an awesome server update with good timing could see GREAT results for people wanting to try it out. The Youtube scene for Arma 3 still gets great views, with a good bit still around entertaining Role Play-like videos. The Streaming scene still gets alright views with a few stand out streamers that do RP-like stuff.

I'd love to work with upper staff to try to make this happen. I've been apart of Asylum for over 9 years now. I'm a creator that to some degree is bigger than 80% of the ARMA creators (400k on youtube, 500k on tiktok, almost 100 million total views over my career, etc). Let me be your leverage to try to help bring some eyes to your product here. I'm retired from the APD so I have all the time in the world to help focus up with marketing and everything with you guys. I cant escape this community. I come back every now and then. I'd love to make another appearance but this time make a difference with the whole server, rather than just the APD ♥️

I'm down to try if you are. @Rogue@HunterB@Akula

This is a big one that should be a thing. I remember when Clint would randomly give hints on future content in discord to build some hype in the community. Ask the community what they want, stop putting in stuff no one asked for or you know no one would like. Bring back some cartel life, its a cops and robber server now and that gets old for both sides fairly quickly. I've seen gang wars brought up tons of times with no response or "it takes a lot of planning".

From a development stand point, were just not going to do anything about it.
We have provided 7 rebels, 3 turfs, Gang fort/boat, Weapons crafting and storage of weapons in up to 5 houses. If a BH happens to be camping one of these you will have to utilize another.

If you're looking for a rule change you will have to ask CM's/SA's and not the developers.

If they wanted egotistical retards helping new players maybe you would have gotten support, the support team does help new players, I know you prefer to hide in your gangs discord where the only interaction you have with new players is waiting in your locked houses for passive mode to expire so you can rack up your bounty, but there a people new to the server who just need someone to help them through some of the backend stuff to get setup or guidance. I can personally say I've relied on some of these guys helping new players trying to become cops in making sure there discord and myasylums are setup correctly and how to properly navigate things. With how low server pop has been I'd say its more important that ever to have a good support team when we need each new player learning the server to have a good experience so they can continue to be apart of the community.
