Figured I would start this thread again for those of you who are interested in flight simming, or some of you pilots (like me) and plane fanatics in the community. The biggest question I probably receive is: Do you fly all of your flights in the sim in real time (1x)? And the answer is yes, I do. Even if the flight is 17 hours long, I will sit there and watch my plane for 17 hours. In the real world, you'd have a second set of captain/copilot but who wants to do that in a sim? I did an evening trip from Las Vegas to Baltimore today and thought my approach on final was absolutely spectacular. I'll continue to post great shots like that over time as I get them. To everyone who has had an issue with the etiquette or actions of police officers on every server (6 included), the resolution is the same - make an internal affairs report and we will take action if necessary. Complaints in a patch notes thread will not bring us any closer to solving the apparent epidemic of police policy violations on Server 6.

Might as well get some of that good Colorado stuff while you're there. Haha.

The chief position was removed for a reason. It was an entire popularity contest and a large percentage of staff who were staff since then will attest to that. Do you want the captain position to be removed now too? The reason that the captains vote for the new captains is that only the captains know what they're looking for. You can't exactly be able to correctly tell me what a good captain is without actually holding the position.

Yes, I'm aware that no one says that which is why there's HQ attacks and HVT processing on the daily, but I'm sure that if some rebel actually wants to RP, it will be said. But then again, we're still gonna end up with threads like these complaining about their own problems and blaming it on someone else.

+1 my SWAT lights look like shit during the day.

Here's a fine and dandy solution... how about the gang member(s) being processed alert their other teammates in the gang that they wish to RP with the officers and ask to not be broken out. Problem solved.

That but in terms of friends, we can handle that, it's the portion of using officer's discretion in a way that it isn't meant to be. As in what Axe explained with each charge carrying weight. Some officers will end up reducing time for charges which shouldn't be reduced in most cases.

This is already a thing, but for the reason of it being abused, currently only Lieutenants and Captains are able to shorten someone's jail time.
