Essentially the senior admins will focus on back end side of things more on the administrative level and assisting with managing the admin team. The community managers will be taking focus on the community side of things more while being that bridge with the admin team, developers, designers, and the community, hopefully adding more to the transparency and communication the community is looking for. From a power side of things the SA’s and CM’s are essentially the same just with a different primary focus.

Maybe 5 categories of some sort that fits different aspects of how people play the server? and first ones to reach that goal get selected?
- Top cartel captures
- most drugs processed
- highest gang bank
- most war kills?
- maybe something turf like most turf captures?

@Space can make call outs while typing faster than people with a mic
They're very limited as it is, they cannot join APD, and they have to get names and text everybody to initiate.
I personally don't see a problem with having them around, if they're willing to go that extra mile just to play then let em.

I like the idea, Maybe a form of a occupational talent tree of some sort?
One occupation at a time, Must pay x amount to learn the occupation to become licensed, Then build up talents within that occupation?
