What exactly have you stepped up and contributed to this community for free? (Other than getting banned 5 times in the last two months) Last I checked every dev here was a player who wanted to give back to the community they got to enjoy. Kind of the exact opposite of lazy.

They're very limited as it is, they cannot join APD, and they have to get names and text everybody to initiate.
I personally don't see a problem with having them around, if they're willing to go that extra mile just to play then let em.

Currently if a player is dead their name will not show up on the ATM screen, kinda annoying if you accidentally shot the wrong guy and wanna comp them but they take forever to respawn

New jobs could include:
- taxi driver,
- builder (fix houses instead of medics),
- mechanic (ability to come repair vehicles, impound vehicles)
These would come with dedicated uniforms + means of transport. 

Bounty hunters are not policeman, So they do not need siren's like a policeman.
 
If you really want siren's like a policeman, Apply to be a policeman.
It's an english speaking server though so it only makes sense that you must speak english to communicate with other APD officers in teamspeak.

From my experiences with both helicopters, The ghosthawk definetely seems to have higher armor value and is more difficult to shoot out or disable, As well as being significantly easier to successfully belly drop with, Even if it was considered to be added for rebels, The price tag would have to be considerably high.
 
Huron's on the other hand I think would be a better alternative to be added as another rebel helicopter, Relatively easy to disable, More than enough room for passengers, While also being decently fast.
