Re buff RPGs now that you can't buy them at rebel. You can only get RPGs from air drops and the Evidence lockup. Now that they are somewhat harder to get, you should put them back to the way they used to be. (1 hit KO on an Ifrit) People used to run around to banks, feds and prisons using them all the time but now they're harder (kind of) to come by, so why not just increase the damage again?
