This should result in a much higher supply on the market. Meth is now considerably more valuable. All of the drug cartels (heroin, cocaine and meth) have been merged into one master cartel which collects money from all drug processing, including marijuana. The drug cartel location may be any of the previous drug-related cartel locations. Drug cartels now produce money instead of processed drugs. This money is still stored on-site at the drug cartel. Capture area (cartels, etc) cooldown has been reduced from 33 minutes to 15 minutes. Refactored the housing and storage database backend to be a lot more reliable. This will cause the mission to start very slowly the first time the server boots after the patch. Activating/deactivating SWAT with multiple encounters will no longer abort SWAT action. Bounties can now be requested from your smartphone. The bounty hunter NPCs now sell ACO scopes. Hotfix Storage crates all fixed and much more stable than they have been previously. Fixed bugs with bounty tracking after an existing bounty is lost. A few bug fixes with crafting. Hotfix 2 Crafting has been fixed! Cleanup won't be so aggressive towards spike strips. The capture point cooldown increased to 20 minutes, from 15. Clothing stores will now sell black tactical vests to those with a bounty hunter license.
