Fixed the missing NPC/sign at the southern black market factory. Was able to track down the last surviving NPCs and replace them! Store robberies will now work as intended. For real this time. Selling dirty money should now always give a proper return. Gas station robberies can now be initiated immediately after server restarts. Your virtual inventory will now be dropped to the ground only once you've died completely and are forced to respawn. The active governor will receive $4,000 per execution, if the death penalty is enabled. Removed broken emotes from the emote list. Use #e in chat to access emotes. Added new facial expression emotes! Use #f in chat to access facial expressions. The Bank of Altis is now on a 30 minute cooldown, and the federal reserve 45 minutes. Added extra logging/alerts for item duping attempts. The federal reserve towers are now destroyed and offer little protection. Safe radius for the driller in bank robberies has been reduced to 60 meters. Medical assistance will now properly remove the revive debuff. Police can now disarm dead/unconscious players with the same delays as civilian executions. Asylum's first karaoke club has opened it's doors in Kavala! Featuring one song now but more will be added. Replaced the built-in Arma map markers for players with own internal system. You will no longer see people outside your gang/group, such as police officers, on your map. Added more variations of the carryall backpack. Adjusted rubber bullet damage calculations based on research from RedBery and Distilled. Should be more accurate. The speed bomb is now available at a rebel market near you! Added several new clothing options to the civilian stores. The built-in tilde key function (select all units binding) has been replaced with an internal system that is safer and shows proper amounts of data. This new system also checks your line of sight to the player you're viewing, from your character's eyes, for added safety. Note that you MUST HOLD DOWN THE KEY (default tilde) to use it.
