Money will now drop to the ground when someone dies, as was intended, instead of just vanishing. Being revived from a police medic or captain will no longer result in any sort of debuff. Dirty money can no longer be traded, although it can still be dropped. The market now sells beer! Don't be drinking and driving, now. Known bugs with the clothing stores have been fixed.
