Owning two pieces of turf at once will reduce all weapon prices by 25%. Owning two pieces of turf and the arms dealer will reduce all weapon prices by 40%. Turf can no longer be captured by gangs with more than 5 people within two kilometers. Labels of owned turf on the map will now indicate how many members of warring gangs are within its region. Added drug dealers to each of the gang turf locations, usable only be the owning gang. Gathering for all drugs except meth is now twice as fast when your gang owns Rodopoli. Owning the Zaros turf grants members increased gas station and chop shop payouts. Panagia grants its members reduced material costs at in factories. Capture points (cartels, etc) have had their cooldown reduced from 20 minutes to 15 minutes. Added community magazine ammo repacking. You can now press CTRL+R to display an interface allowing you to move bullets from one magazine to another. Bank robberies will now spawn 60% of their total value as cash and the remaining 40% in gold bars. If the bank value hasn't grown enough to create at least one gold bar, the full value will be spawned in cash. Added a new karaoke song! Parole violation charges will no longer stack, and will only be issued once. Fixed a bug when robbing the federal reserve which would require too many police online. Fixed broken SWAT spawn points.
