  1. 1. Balance police medic talents and give them to actual medics

    • Balance police medic and civ medic talents and give more perks to actual medics.
    • Leave the perks as they are.

Police (Prestige) (CPL+)
Pill Pusher - Pain killers are always available. [1000 prestige]
I/V Technician - Using a blood bag on others is 25% faster. [10000 prestige] (works on themselves currently)
I/V Expert - Using a blood bag on others is 50% faster. [25000 prestige] (works on themselves currently)
I/V Master - Using a blood bag on others is 75% faster and does not consume the blood bag. [45000 prestige] (works on themselves currently)
Splint Technician - Using a splint on others is 25% faster. [10000 prestige] (works on themselves currently)
Splint Expert - Using a splint on others is 50% faster. [25000 prestige] (works on themselves currently)
Splint Master - Using a splint on others is 75% faster and does not consume the splint. [45000 prestige] (works on themselves currently)
Triage Technician - Using a defibrillator is 25% faster. [10000 prestige]
Triage Expert - Using a defibrillator is 50% faster. [25000 prestige]
Triage Master - Using a defibrillator is 75% faster. [45000 prestige]
Master Combat Medic - Overrides the 5 minute cool down on reviving a player. (SGT+) [65000 prestige]

Civilian (Infamy)
Ima stick this in you - Bloodbag 25% faster. [2000 infamy]
kek you got hit by a car - Splint 25% faster. [10000 infamy]
Coulda teambagged him instead - Defib 25% faster. [25000 infamy]

Actual Medic
Life Saver - Saving another's life has fully satisfied your hunger and thirst. [talent]
Cardiac Specialist - Your advanced training allows you to revive injured people faster. [talent]
Orthopaedic Specialist - Chance to not consume a splint while treating broken limbs. [talent]

The rates of life experience, infamy, and prestige are not gathered at the same rate so probably don't base your opinion on those numbers.
Once police reach the rank of master in prestige, they do not consume the item, and so only need to carry one. (blood bags, painkillers, splints)

Please comment on how you think this should be handled if at all.

1.) All medics gain money & prestige upon revive regardless of where they are on the map (This encourages them to spread out and work together)

2.) Copy paste the cpl prestige medic system to actual medic - have talents for medic vehicles

3.) make it so medics spawn with no medical gear but gain prestige like a normal cop medic. In addition to this give medics inventory save like the cops have.

Should just be like olympus where cops revive like civs and only medics should be able to revive. with no timer or anything

Yea I  was cop on there myself but medics on Olympus actually do their job so it makes up for it and it takes 5 seconds to drive to a hospital anyway if you have to or just respawn simple. Should just make medics on asylum the same way as olympus they have it down.

I have to agree with Samp here.. (omg kneepadding :Harambe:) Before changing up all the talents aka thinking about a prestige system for medics it would be better to whitelist them first..

But maybe add some "late game" talents where they would bloodbag , defib faster and unlimited painkillers. (No unlimited bloodbags because that could be abused by taking multiple medics with you).

Anyone CPL+ will say the talents are fine anyone who doesn't have them will say their busted but if you put it in in perceptive how does it make any sense to be able to defib someone in around 3 seconds and blood bag them in the same amount of time. Pretty sure a fak takes longer then a 75% blood bag fail to see how that can be considered balanced along with never losing your 1 blood bag.

There should be a change on medic cops for sure. Instead of it being 75 % faster bloodbag change it to 50 % for example. Don't need to be a major change. But the no cooldown defib has to go. If people don't understand why they are clueless simple as that.

The civ medic talents is pretty much where they should be at this point. Not op or bad. They are pretty much the best we could hope for as a civ tbh.

If we wanted to win every bank and be aids we’d camp hq, you’d complain, it would get changed. Things that are op need to be changed. It doesn’t have to be a removal just made so people don’t abuse the perks they have.

Cop medics need a nerf to an extent and new prestige points to work towards, ones that are not medic. The no cool down on revives is the only issue i see imo. Faster bloodbags, splints etc can be dealt with but the revives not so much.

Civ medic perks from infamy really dont have any impact that ive seen, we still get a cool down when we get revived, need a adren shot etc or have to wait for the off chance an actual medic is on to revive us . Ive had them months now and its not really noticeable but its something to works towards to having medical at rebel i guess. 

If cop revives get a cool down and actual medics get their own prestige tree to work towards then i think there will be a nice balance between the 3 factions. I really wouldnt say civs have any "medical perks" compared to the rest.

I can say personally that Corporal medics are God’s if you have all the perks. You can practically revive someone instantaneously with the defib perk alone. To name an example, I turned a losing fight at the fed, (When people cared) and just insta revived the squad and secured the victory royal.

Oh and SGTs can say fuck you to Rez timer, unless that was changed.

Here i created a pie chart of all of the currently whitelisted officers on the server CPLs+ can revive faster and SGT+ can ignore the revive debuff altogether.

The tiny little 4 slices up at the very top is what people are complaining about... 5.8% of alllll the APD and if you ignore the retired captains who haven't played in 6 months+ 4.9% of the 1000+ APD members.
