He literally says Keep Y on death except for defibrillator. defibrillator would drop to allow for a friend to revive if needed. Meaning keep your "y" on respawn. Choice 1 is keeping it until you respawn. We do not know if he means keep till respawn or keep it forever. Im just inferring

There should just be a "Loot Body" option which brings up a menu of the person y inventory.  That way it prevents a need for those dumbass briefcases on death.  Then when they respawn drop the briefcases that way the stuff can still be picked up. 

Hell you can just use the same pickup key as picking up briefcases. 

I brought this up before. This is a perfect solution. If you get shot out of a vehicle, your shit shouldnt go flying out of the window.
