Re buff RPGs now that you can't buy them at rebel.

You can only get RPGs from air drops and the Evidence lockup.

Now that they are somewhat harder to get, you should put them back to the way they used to be. (1 hit KO on an Ifrit) 

People used to run around to banks, feds and prisons using them all the time but now they're harder (kind of) to come by, so why not just increase the damage again?

We're talking about buffing RPG's.

It disables a Ifrit so the people inside are pretty much guaranteed to die if they manage to either get away or kill you so they don't die they deserve to live.

Same with a Orca you hit a Orca chances are you can disable a engine and pretty much kill a Orca if they manage to land the Orca they deserve to live.

Cant RPG a frit for $80k anyways because you cant buy them. 

Put them back to full power. Their rarity warrants full kaboom.

I shot a damn Taru right in the face the other day. Killed the pilot, no kaboom. How the hell does an RPG7, which can take out an armored vehicle, not destroy a heli?
