New Federal Event Idea

Asylum federal event: 

Start by holding down An area for 3-5 mins until a armed quilin and a tempest spawn. (Not a compound like the fed) The tempest will be pinged to cops every 45 seconds to a minute. There will be a drop off compound that rebels will have to get to that is a far distance away from the original starting point and hold it down for around 3 mins while the vehicle sells. (Shipment of guns your selling to black market dealers). At the end you will receive a certain amount of cash for bringing the black market cargo to the dealers compound. 

Let me know what you guys think of this. Just wanted to throw it out there as doing feds and banks all day can be very repetitive and boring. 

(Olympus has a similar thing to this but it has multiple drop off points that go farther and farther down the map and the farther drop off point you get too would give you more cash.)

 

figured this might be a good fix where one side isn’t just holding a compound or a building the whole time more fun for cops and rebels.

It would depend on how far the drop off point would be.

Yeah expect I was thinking just one drop off point not a whole bunch that you can keep going farther and farther.

Yeah? The purpose of multiple is so that it becomes harder to just see that the event is starting then go camp a dropoff. Or if you would arrive and some group or the cops camped it you could try a different drop off too. Or if you wanted more money you’d go further. The main reason of multiple was to prevent the desire to camp just 1.

We could just ask a dev from that other server to help out set it up right? And i do feel it will need like 5 different locations considering how many roaches we have here. Also make it unable to be vested plz....

Honestly I’m down. Firefights would be new and exciting as they could occur at any point versus having to spawn, rush, and die at the banks and feds for hours. Definitely need multiple drop off points for camping deterrents. SWAT should def spawn for cops as well as I’m sure hunters and ifrits will Be protecting the rebels and the cops need some sort of armor and penetrative rounds. 
 

the admin events we used to have where the police escorted a load of gold or something were fun too. Maybe if there’s the incentive that cops will be paid if they stop the load just like the rebels will it’d make for more motivation and intense long firefights instead of The two lives and leave mentality.

The 2 fights and leave mentality wont change with money. Cops made unholy amounts of money for busting fed with free to extremely cheap loadouts and still just intentionally hit rocks leaving Air HQ. The problem isn't the money, its that cops refuse to play as a team and instead zerg rush gates.

 

I did a 4 vs. 14 bank the other day and didn't break a sweat cause cops literally kept slamming hatches into the front of the bank. No amount of possible payout would make them not be retarded.
