Stricter punishment for bounty hunters RDMing

A recent issue I have been seeing is a lot of bounty hunters are RDMing their bounties to turn them in. There is barely any punishment for rdm. They get banned for maximum 3 days and get to keep all the honor and money that they got from turning in the bounty. This is encouraging players to break rules and do whatever they need to to turn in a bounty.

Disciplinary action is always case by case reviewed. It depends on the players history with breaking rules, and severity of the rulebreak. If the player repeats the rulebreak, the punishment will increase as well.

I think his concern though, Is they don't get what they gained from it taken away, Even if they are banned for 2 weeks, They still got the money/honor unfairly and still get to retain it

Yea, I've experience some RDM'ing bounty hunters in the past, I got VDM'd on the MSR by one then immediately RDM'd for my 100k bounty a few weeks ago.
