If you don't want to read or help in a positive manner then this ain't for you.

 

So current system is 50-50 chance of cartel being at X spot/Cap.....If we was to have them all up(Church,OG,Tower cap,House cap,Wongs cap(construction cap and Eat arms cap),the hell with the north spot,maybe open that up for something else maybe,its a fair spot to fight,but not with what im posting here.

So instead of having it pop up each reset,have them all up at once,so this would be 2 arms caps,2 drug caps 2 wongs caps....Now if a gang takes 1 cartel say arms they only get 50% of the money generated thru that said cartel. The Cool down timers shouldn't effect this to much,but the process in mind is there will always be 1 cartel to cap/fight or with a couple mins left till you can cap..Would rather it be always 1 up to cap,But never know with rando solo or duo.

So in order to get the full 100% you would need both of the same cartel.

No Drug = Takes full cut while processing

50% = Cut's in half that is taken while processed

100% = You own drug not cut taken.

But this imo could help roll fights out more often.Some gangs like certain caps over other caps,also gives more time/options for when your gearing up an trying to get back in time you don't have to wait for the 30 min cool down,instead you can just go to another cap an wait for the push.

a possible alternation would be the split of drug to the different drugs(weed,heroin,cocain,meth-crank) and control over them?Also Arms could be Heavy Weapons and Armor Cartel and Light Weapons and helicopters?

There is no problem lmao. You want to be able to defend cartels but not attack when someone challenges you. Doesnt work like that. If you're gang didn't recruit exclusively from the APD you would have no problem winning every once in a while.

I wouldn't say there is a legit problem with cartels.Just trying to start a discussion on how we can improve them to maybe promote more ppl to fight them...

How we recruit people has 0 to do with this post....nor does it matter much at all.....Simply just trying to help cartel life out,but all the people who fight them 24/7 and want more fights never try an help its always the same people talking shit on the person who is starting the convo.

Like, it would probably make life easier for solo-cappers, and would also allow more gangs to fight cartels, except it would remove the "fight" part of the cartel fight. Instead, it would resemble different groups waiting 20 minutes to cap, and then going to the other cartel to repeat the process.

People don't fight cartels because they are boring, there's really no incentive that will change it.  It's content made for people who want to LARP as esports players, or at least that's who tends to gravitate towards it.  Plus, to even start doing cartels requires some money and Arma combat experience.  The buy in is way too steep and it's more fun to just kill cops

Most people dont rely on skill rick they just hit that magic button and run up towers
