    • Keep The timer as is (8 Minutes)
    • Increase the timer slightly (10-15 minutes)
    • Greatly Increase the timer (20-25 minutes)

A concern brought to us by the Cpts is that there is not enough time between federal events. It was suggested we increase the time greatly to allow for several things:

- Actually ending the fighting

- Collect all suspects and return to an HQ

- Process all suspects

- To return to Patrol

 

The benefits suggested would be:

Allow more time for civilians to fight each other, rather than cops. Bring risk back to running of illegal items as APD would have additional time to patrol these areas. Give more opportunities for spontaneous combat to occur rather than scripted events.  

suggested downsides: 

Large groups looking to make money from bank/fed/lockup would have to wait much longer to do so. If your group mate is sent to jail from a federal event, completely eliminates the opportunity to break them of jail.

 

Greatly increasing the time would obviously be a major change to how the server currently functions. And before we make any decision around this we wanted feedback from all sides in the community. Please vote in the poll, and give your thoughts on the topic.

 

(And yes I am aware the federal reserve cool down is currently broken)

Keep it as is, the timers are fine, I would say fix the exploit at the fed where they can trigger it regardless of timer.  

This wouldnt fix anything for the cops because as rebels we would just hunt down the cops when there are no rebels on to fight.  So instead of a structured event with 8 minutes of downtime, they would have a constant fight everywhere until they quit playing.  

Only way to fix cop problems is to pay them more, provide more fun stuff, and have a trickle down attitude that supports positive gameplay.

whats the point of increasing? So you can go arrest more shitters in the weed and heroin field? Maybe if you guys actually went and raided Kavala or had big raids in other areas it would be worthy of an increase. Even then you're gonna get some kid who spawns in Pyrgos and starts a prison break and you have to wait 25 minutes for for an actual event.

for real half the cops are pussies and are too scared to lose a kit makes fighting them so lame minute they start getting killed they pull lethals and if its any LT + they just pull lethals right away, kinda forgot cops were supposed to down the amount of banks that go on and they just pull straight lethals

100% this, Jlucky authorized lethals today with 13 cops vs 4 rebels at prison, what a joke.
