Question about rebels

I was playing and someone told me that you could buy vest and better guns at the rebel outpost if i bought the license. SO i bought a gun license and a advanced rebel training, but at the rebel outpost there is no gun store for different things to purchase. So i went to the gun store Styrva (something like that) and still the normal stuff. Do i have to buy the normal rebel training as well, or is there something I am doing wrong. You just buy the training and should be able to buy the clothing and better guns at the weapon store there. Did you actually scroll down the list? lol

When you go to the rebel outpost, there will be an npc. Use your mouse wheel to do the rebel training there (it costs like about 10k) and then you should unlock the whole menu on the same npc, including rebel clothing, weaponry and more. Make sure to use the correct npc, because there are 2 npcs, and one of them is for rebel vehicles and the other one is for rebel gear (the one u need).
