MyAsylum Key Store issues - Resolved

I am aware of the current issue involving the MyAsylum Key Store not allowing you to credit your account. @Boonie Hat is rolling out an update shortly that should fix the issue and allow us to quickly debug it if anymore issues persist.

We will post more information here once the patch is live.

UPDATE 1

It appears PayPal’s API was having a small hiccup in authorization not allowing our payment requests to go through.

This issue has resolved itself (For now).

A new patch is also live that will help us with any other problems that may occur going forward.

PayPal’s REST API is still continuing to have elevated issues.

On 29 March, we experienced a technical issue at our infrastructure which delayed the processing of transaction data.

Technical teams are working towards resolving the issue as soon as possible. We'll send an update once we have additional information.
