Reduce distance it takes for your vision to be blurred by Ifrit Smokes

Have had plenty of instances where I'm standing a good 3-5 meters away from the canister and then I can't see shit like I'm getting hot boxed by snoop dog. can we turn the distance down to blind you just a tad?

It's all situational on how bad the canister's are placed on hill's or slopes

radius isn't more than 5 meters( if I remember the testing that was done)
