I'm friends with a lot of the staff and I know for a fact that they will ban me if I've intentionally broken the rules. It has happened multiple times. Also idk whats the fucking point in posting this. You could have reported him then also show the admin this video of the guy bragging. No. Instead you chose to look like a complete ass.
