Hoooonestly. Bring back the Tanoa days of bounty hunting. Legal MX whilst we're at it. Bounty hunting was fine back then and has only had nerfs for years on end.

You can't have BH making loads of money and also expect people to be out in the world running shit.  If players can get rich off of jailing people turning themselves in or arresting the bag of an RDMer with a 100k bounty then there is literally zero reason to make money in ways where you might actually lose something

Bounty's are always paying out a stupid amount. Cop lethals no longer pardon a bounty. Every single bounty once it reaches 100k ends up in the hands of either a BH/Cop. (As they can no longer turn themselves in to prison past 100k) A ton of money comes out of thin air and i can't give you the full amount every single time, killing a naked with a rook essentially spawns 5k on the server if you think about it. A ton of other systems/development has to be spent in other places before you can just outright remove the cap.
