I am saying if I click on a gangs page here for example: https://my.gaming-asylum.com/gang?gid=2821

It will say how many gang wars won/lost. Win = if a gang surrenders, Loss = if you surrender against a gang. Nothing too interesting, just would be a cool thing to track is all.

I guess. I don't know if it's a good idea to call that a win or loss though. Maybe whichever gang acquires more war points from kills on each other or something.

But then you can just get 1 kill and surrender and have it count as a win. Maybe first to reach a certain amount gets a win.

I am not a fan of how some gangs like to use it currently. Send it for one purpose for a couple minutes, end it and never accept til they see a use for a couple seconds of war again. Tacking L's on and - warpoints for loss would make it appropriate IMO to them.

Just need a decline war option.

You don't really "Win" or "Lose" a war.
It was originally intended as a feature to allow two groups (mostly pistol bangers) to endlessly fight without someone scumbag reporting RDM.
Someone hitting "Surrender" so they can run money isn't really a loss. I also don't feel like war's should have a defined "Win" or "Lose" state as again its just meant for two groups to consent to initiation.
