Cartel flashback

It seems as though the server is being adjusted to cater more to smaller gangs. Bring back cocaine cartel, heroin cartel, and meth cartel. This would encourage smaller gangs to challenge cartels. We don't have to make them the same locations as before, but even if we did it would still encourage more fights because it will be new content to the newer players, and reliving the old glory days for older players.

Man, I remember taking cartels with my meme gang because noone cared about the shitty ones lol, it does encourage smaller groups to give it a go for less sought after cartels which is nice.

I am not all for adding new cartels as I do barely see the current cartels being fought and prefer to keep it to the current amount we have to improve the chances of fights.

If you ( or anyone else ) has idea's for new cartel designs we are open for suggestions
